Camile and Stone designs jewellery that empowers, uplifts and endures. Our range includes necklaces, earrings, and rings bracelets, ranging from 18k Gold Vermeil, Sterling Silver, 18k Rose Gold Vermeil and solid gold pieces. Sustainably sourced materials including natural gemstones, diamonds, moissanite and pearls. Love Camile & Stone's products

Love Camile & Stone's products! Usually earrings make my earlobes itch but this brand don't irritate my ears, I shower with them and they don't change their colour or shine. They look amazing and are great quality! I purchased earrings, bracelets and anklets & I'm so happy with them. Even their customer service is wonderful- so helpful and so responsive.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service! I contacted Krisaleen, to discuss a fault with a necklace I purchased for my sisters birthday. I had it rectified within 48 hours and a replacement was sent within a week. Super grateful and so shocked by the amazing support and service received.
I will continue to order and support this beautiful store!

What a great company

What a great company! I had a small issue with one of my purchases and the team at Camile and stone was in contact immediately. Not only did they apologize, they also offered me 3 options to resolve the issue, including a full store refund credit. I am blown away with the service and great, prompt communication. I highly recommend purchasing from this company!

Ordered the wrong earrings by mistake…

Ordered the wrong earrings by mistake (as we know earrings cannot be returned) immediately tried to find a contact number to cancel but email only. Had an interim msg from them saying would I like to add to by order before it’s despatched so I thought I had a chance of cancelling and re ordering. However, Took over a day and half for them to reply only to say a tracking number had been raised and too late to cancel. Explained I didn’t want to cancel per se just re order the correct earrings in my basket. Had to wait another 24hrs for repay and the saga continues! I was offered a voucher but the discount I had on original earrings had now finished and due to the time taken to respond to me and they wouldn’t uphold the loyalty. (@ 40% off) and therefore couldn’t afford the new earrings.Been waiting 2 days for a reply now and doesn’t look like I will receive a refund. Grateful for the voucher but guess what I’m saying is customer service is non existent and they seem to sing from the same hymn sheet. They don’t want to know. Just really disappointed ☹️ just want a refund and they just don’t want to know

I returned it. They said they would refund me but after a week I still haven’t received a refund!!

I purchased 2 products from Camile and…

I purchased 2 products from Camile and Stone - a bangle and a cuff. Both were beautiful and maintained their shine and lustre very well. Unfortunately the cuff was too big for my wrist but customer service was incredible and offered me many options. They ended up sending me the equivalent in a bangle which was perfect. With the bracelet, I’ve worn it everyday and after 4 months, it unfortunately broke. Without hesitation, customer service offered to send me an out a new one. Fantastic customer service!

Amazing Customer Service & Quality Products

I can't recommend Camile & Stone highly enough. Over the past year, I've purchased multiple pieces for both myself, my three daughters and other family members, and I've been consistently impressed with the quality of their jewellery.

The pieces have held up incredibly well to everyday wear, including swimming, showering, and even regular ocean swims, including every day during a Nth Qld holiday! Despite being exposed to water far more than most jewellery, they have maintained their appearance and quality exceptionally well and my teenage daughters constantly get asked where their earrings are from, as do I with earrings and bracelets.

What really sets Camile & Stone apart is their outstanding customer service and warranty support. On the rare occasions where I needed to make a warranty claim, the process was incredibly simple and customer-focused. Both times, my claim was acknowledged immediately and a replacement was dispatched the very next day, with minimal back-and-forth or complicated requirements. This has been highlighted to me even more this week as I tried to place a warranty claim with a competitor (with a much higher price point) for a set of earrings only worn twice but am having to fight to get them to even take me seriously - the comparison in service is unbelievable and I really applaud Camile & Stone for their amazing customer care!

It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind its products and prioritises customer satisfaction. The combination of excellent quality jewellery, fair warranty policies, and responsive customer care makes Camile & Stone a standout in the Australian jewellery market.

Based on both the quality of their products and the exceptional service they provide, I would highly recommend Camile & Stone to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery backed by a company that truly cares about its customers.

Very happy overall with the quick and helpful response from camile and stone regarding a missing item in my order, they are replacing the item and they were easy to contact and so nice about it. Great service and great quality jewellery too

Don’t buy!!

Bought a necklace and earrings. Earrings have no issue but the necklace broke within a week due to poor manufacturing then was contacted by support and they had good customer service and sent out a replacement and within the hour broke again. They state everyday wear but that is not true. I would not recommend buying necklaces from them. And they will offer a replacement or store credit which isn’t great when the quality isn’t good. I would recommend buying elsewhere

Three broken bracelets in 5 months!!!!

I had bought two bracelets from them, so my friend and I have matching, one in gold and one in silver. They both broke with in 2 months of owning them, we both got replacements of the bracelet and now the silver one has broken again. Three bracelets broken in 5 months is atrocious. they do send new ones free of charge but I don't want to keep getting new ones I just want the same one to not brake. terrible quality would not buy don't waste your money !!!!!!

They also don't have a place to write reviews on their website so all the reviews are fake

Poor Quality

I had been waiting to see how the replacement bracelet held up before leaving another review. Unfortunately, this one lasted even less time than the previous replacement. The little blue stone was missing after 3 days.

At this point, I don’t believe this is a manufacturing fault, as previously suggested. I believe the jewellery is simply poor quality and not made to last.

This is now the third bracelet that has broken or been damaged within a very short period of normal wear, which is extremely disappointing.

The first lasted just over a year, the second 2 months and the third 3 days. I would not recommend this jewellery.

I lost the diamond in my ring

I lost the diamond in my ring that I have had for less than a month. I reached out to Camile & Stone and they were incredible. Gave me multiple options including sending a replacement free of charge. Oopsies happen, and for a brand to be so forgiving and genuinely kind is wonderful. I have made multiple purchases from them and look forward to shopping some more in the future !
