Camerasdori offered the lens I wanted at the best price, so despite the fact that I had not heard of this company I decided to place an order after reading positive reviews.
I received the lens within 7 days via Royal Mail. The whole experience was great and I would buy from Camerasdori again without hesitation!

Ordered an item, unfortunately there was a stock issue with suppliers - these things happen. Dave got in touch to let me know the situation, provided some options - I opted for a refund and it was processed promptly.

No issues whatsoever.

Yesterday I received mij Canon RF 200-800 mm zoom lens. It was delivered on time and in perfect shape.
Also my online question were answered swift and helpful.
Is was a bit hesitant at first ordering on line in a different continent but I am very happy that I did.
Is is a great experience and I am only sorry fot myself that I did not buy at Camerasdori sooner.

I took a punt and ordered a Canon R7 from the site as it was far cheaper than from anywhere else, and it arrived brand new in the box in 7 days, and is perfect. It even came with a uk plug which I wasn’t expecting. I’ve just taken delivery of the Sigma 17-40mm f1.8 and that is equally perfect, and again arrived in a week. Very happy with my experiences so far and will definitely be using them again.

This was my first time using this company and I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase which was 900 euro cheaper than my country. I was nervous as I did not hear anything at all for over 2 weeks and then I got an email to say my item was on the way and it arrived a few days later. I was 21 days from order to delivery to Ireland and no customs charges or delivery fees.

Canon lens arrived in perfect new condition in Canon box, and had no issues. Packaging was superb. Delivery time as outlined, 7 to 10 working days. Direct communication excellent over possible duplication of payment.
Tracking system needs sorting. Product arrived before system showed it had even been dispatched! Very good value for money.

Like others, I was sceptical due to the low price. I bought an RF 100-400 and it’s flawless. Came very well packaged and delivered in about a week. The instruction manual is in Japanese, which isn’t an issue. Besides that, the lens is perfect and significantly cheaper than anywhere else.

When a website is offering something that's "too good to be true" you have to rely on customer reviews so I'll add mine to the pile. I ordered my Canon lens on 13 April and it arrived today (22 April); brand new, boxed and packaged up as though it contained something radio active. The tracking always showed "in progress" so I was surprised to get a notification for delivery this morning. Camerasdori quote 7-14 working days so delivery was well within spec. even if the tracking info was not as helpful as it perhaps could be. I'll buy from them again without hesitation.

Everything perfect, new camera and a great service.
Only remark is the delivery date: it was not shown until the previous day.

Ordered a camera for my husbands birthday not really knowing what to expect! Happy to have found Cameras Dori online, they supplied what the bigger companies were struggling to do, gave prompt answers to any queries and delivered the camera in great time. Thank you to Dave for his help.

Excellent service with a great price on my lens and good communications all the way through.

First time order with this company (Nikon Z50II kit). Their prices are among the lowest you can find. Order process is simple. After 3 days we got a message from UPS saying a label has been issued. However, then 6 days nothing happened. After some mailing with CamerasDori ( quick response by Dave) it appeared that the goods are processed/moved internally at their logistics partner. In the end the package showed up just in time. Warranty (18 months) runs through CamerasDori and not Nikon as these are imported items ("grey" import I guess ...), nevertheless the article is genuine Nikon and brand new. All in all a good experience with responsive customer service.
