Bought canon wide angle lens last week. Very fast and efficient postage. Everything works fine so far. The only thing that may or may not be a problem is the box is not sealed or anything. There is a worry that this is a display product.

Camera arrived in 8 days from purchase and is a brilliant camera, cannot fault the camera or service at all.

I found the prices are quite good, but the shipping is very expensive and I don't quite understand why. Also, paying extra for priority handling is a waste of money, as it didn't expedite the actual handing a single bit.

Dealing with Camera Paradise is always easy and fast. I've got goods within 4 days in the past. This one was a little slower but still fine. Re the lens - well, what can I say? Probably one of the best lenses ever made. Fast, sharp. Fantastic. Expensive but definitely worth it.

I ordered a Nikon camera for a birthday's gift. The shipment's status was still under "processing" after 5 days, although i took the "express courier" option.
After sending an email to chase for the tracking number, the customer service was very helpful and efficient to get the problem solved. I received the camera right in time for my friend's birthday.

Prompt international delivery, very competitive pricing, good selection. The only issue I had was the item was delivered to my Paypal address rather than the shipping address I entered on the web ordering site. I would definately use them again.

My order arrived within 3 days of ordering which was perfect.

I paid for delivery 1-3 days, did not receive item for 35 days. Seller stopped answering my emails. Had to refund via PayPal. Lucky me that I used PayPal. Absolutly the worst shopping online in my life. For the last 10 years I never use this much unprofessional company.
