Totally effortless. Entered camera details on line and received an acceptable offer. Posted the camera off and got the cheque within days.

There was a mix up over the collection of the items as the wrong label had been sent and the courier would not take the goods. I then received the correct label and had to take the items to a collection point. From then on it was a great service with the full amount of the money promised being sent on time.
Overall I would recommend this company.

Process was simple to follow and then it all happened in exactly the same way as described on the web-site. From quote to money in my bank took less than a week and price offered was honoured based upon description of the condition of the camera. Price offered was the best from three quotes, from another internet based exchange service to a high street shop name. Would recommend without hesitation based upon this one transaction.
