Defective Elastic

I waited months to receive my masks and the elastic was defective on 4 of the 5 masks. The boxes also said they were expired but Customer Service told me:
“The expiry date printed on the packaging is not indicative of the mask’s actual usable lifetime. This labeling was initially added to comply with the policies of certain online platforms that required products to display an expiry date. Although we no longer sell on some of these platforms, we’ve maintained this practice for consistency. Rest assured, the mask's effective usability begins only when you start actively wearing it.” Luckily, I received a prompt refund for the 4 masks and disposed of them.

Prompt delivery and high quality

The masks arrived within a few days of the order. I have used these masks in the past and they are sturdy, comfortable to wear and fit well if you choose the correct size when ordering. They can be used time and time again. I highly reccomend Cambridge Company masks.

Ordered a selection of masks a few…

Ordered a selection of masks a few months ago and never got around to opening them. I recently did and was very disappointed to find they were all out of date. I checked to see when I ordered and they were all already out of date by varying amounts at the point of sale. I didn’t even know they went out of date but even so, this should be advertised properly and should at least have a decent shelf life at point of sale.

Received expired product and had little hassle with returns/refunds.

EDIT (06/04/2026): after sending Letter before Claim the issue was escalated to the management and the company promised to refund the original purchase price. It seems like the customer support doesn't have the freedom to offer more than relatively restricted "solutions" for their customers, for which I can not really blame them.

I have received the mask on 18/02/2026 and found it doesn't fit and also the head strap is in the way when wearing helmet (which was intended use). Notified support and went back and forth about how to adjust and wear but this didn't really helped at all, I just couldn't manage to keep the mask on without falling.
On 04/03/2026 I have noticed the mask is in fact expired (expiry August-2025) and asked for refunds, was told to send the mask on my own expense to Jersey and sent the mask. The package was delivered on 16/03/2026 and since then I have not received a single response from Cambridge Mask support, nor have I been refunded.

Cambridge Mask has as yet to refund my money for the bad mask that don't work and for not giving me the new mask at 70 dollars. Brilliant Service

I ordered a Pro mask. When I tried it on, I was not sure it was the right size and so raised it with the company. They were fantastic, offered to send me a different size at no cost except the carriage charges and gave me helpful email advice. The masks themselves are excellent.

Irresponsible - defective masks

My mask came with a hole in the valve as well as the valve being out of place. It’s completely irresponsible to be sending out defective masks to chronically ill people.
Customer service have been useless and slow and didn’t take my complaint seriously. Eventually told me the mask is out of stock so they can’t send me another even though they are selling them on the website?
Not worth risking your health over.

Do not buy this trash

Ordered a few masks for an upcoming trip where the air quality would be pretty bad. These masks are horrible. The elastic was crumbly and the quality was that of a dollar store. Do not purchase from this company. They will send products that belong in the trash and not refund your shipping cost. Not a trustworthy company.

I have ordered these mask over a week…

I have ordered these mask over a week ago and still they have not shipped. I have written to customer service multiple times but there is still no ETA on my masks. I needed these for a trip that was more than 14 days out for the date I ordered but still no one can tell me if I will get them by the or if I need to cancel the order. Customer Service is not customer serving at all.

They have a separate email listed on their website for distribution but that email bounces straight back as a bad address.

Starting to think this operation may not be as legit as they let on.

Update: Order was cancelled. Don’t count on timely delivery.

I brought a mask using their sizing…

I brought a mask using their sizing chart it was far to large even after using drawstring allowed air gapping all around. I contacted the company by email three times two try to obtain a smaller size and did not receive a reply. I phoned and left a message twice, no reply.

I use my Cambridge Mask every single…

I use my Cambridge Mask every single day, and it’s been a game-changer for managing my asthma, compromised immune system and pollen allergies. It gives me reliable protection even during thunderstorm asthma events, when the air can be especially harsh. I also wear it at concerts, markets, rallies and other crowded events.. it’s comfortable, breathable, and gives me peace of mind. As an autistic person with high sensory sensitivity I often find masks very overstimulating and uncomfortable. The high quality soft materials in this mask are a dream and I am really grateful to have found a product that meets all my needs at once.

I like it so much that I’ve purchased additional masks for friends who are support workers, and they’ve all said the same thing: it’s effective, durable, and worth every cent. Highly recommend Cambridge Masks to anyone!

Best masks on the market

As a long COVID sufferer getting that virus or indeed any other is a no-go for me. I put my trust in the Cambridge Mask Company’s products. These face masks will never let you down. I recently spent seven and a half hours on the plane next to three passengers who spent the entire trip coughing continuously, not smokers cough but very obviously a cough caused by viral illness (there was also much sneezing). I kept my Admiral Pro mask on the whole time and didn’t get anything. In like circumstances without the level of protection the Admiral Pro and the other masks in the series afford I would certainly have contracted yet another viral illness. My thanks to the good people at Cambridge Masks for providing this product to people like myself who desperately need 100% protection from viruses.

Unusable mask and terrible customer…

Unusable mask and terrible customer service.

I ordered a size medium based on their size chart (I'm 5'7'' 140 pounds) and masks I've worn by other brands. The mask I received was HUGE- about three sizes too big. I emailed them about it, including pictures of the mask with a measuring tape and pictures of my attempt to wear the mask to show how ridiculously large the ear loops were, plus I told them that it was a barely snug fit on my husband, who is 6'2" and 280 pounds. They hardly even acknowledged the issue, then offered to send me the size small but said I'd have to pay an $8 processing fee. I had little confidence a small would work either after seeing how massive the "medium" is, and considering this mask was either defective or their sizing is wildly inaccurate, I thought it was unfair that I would have to pay even more money for their mistake. I asked if I could return for a refund instead and they just stopped responding to me.

Do not order from this company. I honestly can't tell if it's a scam, or if there was some mistake made with this mask and their customer service is just atrocious. Either way, don't waste your money. I recommend using Vogmask instead. Never had an issue with them.
