I want to say a massive "Thank you" to the lovely ladies at this location - both Suzanne and Karen were amazing after my mum's passing. Kindness, understanding, outstanding service and humanity.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Camberley and District Funeral Directors, they provided outstanding service to my family and myself for my wife's funeral. From the initial contact to the completion of the funeral arrangements Suzanne dealt with us with empathy and dignity. Paul and the team on the day of the funeral were excellent as well. The Celebrant Linda gave us guidance on putting together the Order of Service and was simply great on the day of the funeral. What was an extremely emotional and stressful time was helped immensely by the whole team at CDF with their professionalism and caring. They have our gratitude and thanks.

The team at CDF were recommended to us by a friend who recently arranged her partners' funeral.

From the very first meeting, the warmth and empathy from the team was obvious.

Suzanne and Karen were both attentive and available as they gently navigated us through the very difficult task of arranging Dad's funeral.

They are both very professional, but very warm and friendly at the same time, exactly what we needed.

We had many questions, and made many changes along the way, but nothing was too much trouble to ensure everything was perfect for our Dad.

The florist linked to the team is amazing and created a very bespoke arrangement including vegetables for us which was beautiful.

On the day of the funeral, the team were so kind and made us feel at ease as Dad made his last journey.

We have no hesitation in recommending CDF - you will be in very safe and competent hands.

Staff were very friendly and supportive throughout the process of arranging the funeral.

Karen was always helpful with everything we needed to know. Attention to detail was excellent and understanding when we needed help

From start to finish the ladies Suzanne and Karen were fantastic it was a very difficult time for us and they made it so much easier also Lee and his team that took my lovely mum on her final journey were brilliant what a lovely man so if your worried about who should look after your loved one please us this company you won’t regret it

Right from my initial contact through to picking up my husband’s ashes, Suzanne and the team have been nothing short of amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and Suzanne gently guided me through the process of organising the funeral and helping me to make tricky decisions. Everybody were compassionate and helpful. It made a stressful time much easier for us.

From the first contact we received great wormth and empathy. As much time as was given to us as we needed. Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our minds on any detail. The funeral was everything we hoped for and more I would recommend there serve to everyone.

And it was organised really well and couldn’t had been happier with her. So I would like to say thank you from all our family. To make a day we will never forget and to get the help and support was truly wonderful and to Anna as well making some special things to come true.

Very disappointed with CandDFD, poor communication, and chaotic organisation.

We went to visit our deceased loved one, his white shirt had blood all around the collar, no care taken. He looked uncomfortable, his head cocked backwards and knees bent. I was told it was an eco coffin, but even paper or cardboard under his head would have looked better.

I asked for fingers prints, but each finger print is on an A4 piece of paper, they emailed the original but still A4 size, and unable to use them.

CandDFD collected my loved one from care home on November 6th, on 11th we visited and made all arrangements with CandDFD. Then November 21st I received a phone call. Susan could not read Kerrie's writing and had to go through all arrangements again. Then Susan asked "where is the body, are we collecting from hospital or care home?" What an awful question to be asked when he was already in their care for nearly 2 weeks.

The C and DFD are 4.6 miles away from my address. On the day of funeral the hearse was more than 15 mins late. We were stood outside in the rain waiting, no phone call to apologise. Once again we had to phone and chase them up, no apology given.

We had to call and chase up everything including the name of celebrant, chased for date of funeral, (which was 7 weeks after he had died)

I made a complaint by phone to Kerrie but all I received was a very insincere "all I can do is apologise" which Kerrie just repeated. They made the process complicated and difficult.

I have used this funeral directors twice before and the level of service was good but I shall never use them again.

They were respectful and understanding
All the staff were lovely and just truly amazing and supportive
