Scott, the owner of Pro Plumbing is very reliable and knows what he is doing. He has integrity and offers more than most plumbers. He offered a 5 year warrantee on parts and labor on my toilet fill valve and worn flapper and a new PRV used to keep the water pressure at 60. The pressure was 107 which is very high. This can cause appliances- dish washer, refrigerator, water heater and toilets to break down sooner or cause a leak. Also, tiny cracks can be created in the pipes of your house if the pressure is too high. The new toilet fill valve & flapper caused the handle to be tighter than my old cheaper parts which used more water every time it was flushed. He also installed an Isolation Valve on the pipe where the new Pressure Valve was installed, for future service if needed, which normally the water has to be shut off outside with a special tool that shuts off the water coming into the house to adjust the pressure again if needed, for no extra cost. It's so important to find out what the water pressure is in your house, which affects the entire house, and that it is set correctly and not continue to have a high PSI that can do a lot of damage.
