My neck is giving me a lot of trouble as I have arthritis and bone spurs. I do notice using this device helps but it is very loud and keeps my husband awake so I cannot keep it on, but the pillow is comfy!

Callixe Thera Pillow
I have the Callixe Thera Pillow. It's a great product. It went above and beyond the experience I thought I was going to have. I have chronic neck pain. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck that pinch a nerve that goes to my right arm. This product has managed to ease the pain and help with the pinched nerve the more I use it. My only issue was with the shipping and how long it took for me to receive it.

2 out of 3 functions are good, the other is painful
It got here fast, but I really dislike the "stretching" function. It feels like somebody is shoving a brick into the back of my neck! Hate it. No way to skip it. Not sure if I can do both heat and massage at the same time and skip that horrible part. I end up yanking it out from behind me when that starts because it is SO painful.

I think it would be beneficial to have better directions for use ie: how does one know that it is fully charged? (I just waited until the red light stopped flashing). What color is associated with what mode? Is it possible to change the battery? Does it harm the battery to keep it plugged in all the time.

The color indicators are as follows: blue for massage, red for heat, and green for traction. The battery is built in and not designed to be replaced. Quality product w/Excellent customer service!
I’m always Leary of purchasing from a game commercial… but I decided to take my chances since I have been desperately searching for relief from the pain in my neck. It took a little bit to arrive but I was updated with emails along the way so that was good. When the product arrived you could tell immediately that it was of high quality and very well made. Everything was as described. I did have some questions and emailed customer service whose response was engaging, personal and very timely! Highly recommend this company, Mhariel was so helpful!

Happy so far
Only used a few times but has been helpful with realining the chronic arthritis in the upper neck. In particular the air compression mode which moves up spine and massages deeply.
