Very bad item not real leather
Very bad item. It was advertised as leather but was in fact very cheap PU leather which smelled very bad. I couldn’t give that to anyone for a present. It was also quite expensive.

Order incorrect personalisation
Order did not arrive , company responded quickly and sent out a new order which arrived very quickly . I was hoping to return to Trust Pilot to re do my 1 star rating for a 5 as the service was excellent . However the order is wrong and as it was personalised I cannot give it to the recipient as it is . I’ve e mailed Callie and had no reply .
Such a shame as the quality of the items is excellent but the personalisation is not correct .
