this service is really bad. i ordered 5 items and only received 2 and it was 3 months ago. do not trust this stupid online shopping.

Ordered a coat 6 weeks back!!! Still waiting.... I wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase. People please do something about this so others don’t lose their money. We have to stop these people from cheating!!!

What nightmare! I also wish I had reviewed this company before ordering ANYTHING! Ordered a dress (November) for my grandson's wedding in February. Received an email on December 22 indicating my order was SHIPPED!!! NEVER received a thing. I've sent 15 e-mail messages with responses indicating that the order is still being filled. I did pay thru PayPal. Hppefully with their assistance I'll be reimbursed. In the meantime these people are making a FORTUNE!

Spent more than 100 dollars on clothing and still haven’t gotten it back after a month’s wait. It’s not worth it. This company is fake! They’re using it to take people’s money. If these people don’t give me my money back, they will see what an African woman really is capable of. Let’s see what Facebook has to say about this when I show everyone how bad Callabuy is. Overall, lesson learned. Check the reviews before ordering from the company.

Order coat 3 weeks ago. No response. Do not order from them.so temping. But you wont get anything. DON'T DO IT! Seen reviews after I ordered. Lesson learned.

More like CallaDON'T buy. I bought their robotic vacuum cleaner. What a joke of a product. It was suppose to vacuum and mop, have a charging station where it would dump and restock water, plus and app to control it all. Bwahhaaaa, it barely sucked up anything, stays in one little corner for an hour and then dies. Not to mention there is no mopping, charging station or app. Then trying to get any type of refund is a joke. They offered me a credit to buy something else, like I didn't learn my lesson off this purchase. Finally they agreed to give me half my money back. We shall see if they ever do. Anyone want to buy a very thick frisbee?

The clothes are of very poor quality, badly made or very terrible tailoring, sizing is completely crap. I bought 23 pieces of clothes from them and only 1 was fairly a right size. I spent $372.18 this is very painful, sad and fraudulent, company’s like this should not be allowed to operate on google to swindle honest customers that truly want to do business.

I have written them and l will be waiting for their resolution, l will never recommend them nor buy from them again. They sent only 16 and not yet received the remaining 7. I will never buy clothes from China or online again.

Never received items. I suspected I had been scammed when I tried to cancel a $70 order & my refund was $14. This is exactly why I will never buy any items shipping from China again but feel obligated to warn YOU!!

Robot vacum cleaner. The vacuum doesn't even pick up breadcrumbs, and weighs less than the cardboard box it was delivered in. The seller suggested that there was an application that could be used to remote control it, and that it would find its way back to a docking station. The ad also made it look like there was a kind of rotor blade swooping up dust, when in reality: there is NO app, NO docking station, NO cleaning rotor - only a 2 inch slit without suction capacity to pick up anything. also, the "dust storage" is leaking (which would have been a problem if it actually picked up anything). what I got was a noisy piece of plastic which randomly bumps into stuff and covers (NOT clean) 1/100th of my living room. I knew immediately when i picked up the parcel that this was wrong. I paid 40+$ for a piece of plastic that sounds like a chainsaw and frankly, I'm afraid that thing is going to set my apartment on fire. worst thing is - I've had it for 1 hour... this is not at all what was presented, and I requested a full refund and the seller to pay for the returning shipment but customer service is horrible. this is the worst I've been scammed in my life. Edit: was given a refund If I send it back, but customer service stops replying when I ask for the return address. Tragic.

Scam. They send an email and put my email in the reply to field to just cause delays. Bad quality and sizing. Refusal to accept returns or refund. Needs to be shut down. PayPal won't refund. No real return address, phone number, or legitimate email responses. Total fraud.

I received my 4 dresses today after i ordered it on the 22nd December 2019 . I loved all the 4 dresses they are beautiful but I wish i had got my dresses early . Thank you Callabuy loved all the 4 dresses they are really beautiful and material is soft and good

Please people,never,NEVER,buy from any clothing company with pop up ads that show beautiful clothes without first checking the reviews,because I tell you,so many of these companies are just trying to scam you.They are mostly from China and are experts at scamming.People expose them,but then they will go under another name and are difficult to stop.Please don't buy!!!
