The engineer sent me a message saying…

The engineer sent me a message saying that he would be with me on Tuesday 7th. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful and sorted the problem.I told him that I had been trying since January to get an engineer to fix the gas meter readout. All fixed now thank you.

Jeff was great

Jeff was great at communicating a more specific arrival time due to me having school runs to do. Very efficient on the day, estimated an hour work and was finished in 40 minutes. No disruption to my daily routine. Very happy

Smart Meter Installation

Had our Gas and Electric smart meters installed today by Li.We were a bit dubious about having smart meters installed however the installation was completed by Li in a professional manner with a full explanation of what was happening as it progressed. Li was polite and helpful and answered any questions we had.

Utterly useless company

Utterly useless company.

Had 2 engineers come to commission my meters first guy took about 3 hrs only to say he couldn’t do it and that ‘I’ had to call UW to rearrange which I promptly did.

Fast forward 7 months (yes 7 months) and bloke number 2 turns up.

To be fair very efficient at the time and helpful. Stated it was a success.

Only for me to find that my in home display wasn’t working/obtaining any data which he stated would take 48hrs from commissioning.

After numerous emails and agents stating completely different things for example one saying it could take 14 days to register the data correctly.

I’ve since booked another appointment (no 3) to attempt at recommissioning my smart meters (which is due this month May 24) only to have another agent call me and ask me to book the appointment which I already have in my diary! Utterly shambolic and incredibly poor communication but doesn’t surprise me in all honesty, these guys need to take a look in the mirror!

Jeff arrived promptly and was friendly…

Jeff arrived promptly and was friendly and respectful of my property. I explained I felt pressurised into having a smart meter and that my partner has health issues had health/security concerns about having a smart meter installed. Jeff explained all I needed to know and has put my mind at rest. Thank you so much!

Imran and Jeff came and fitted a new…

Imran and Jeff came and fitted a new smart meter. Turned up on time and the job was done professionally, with Imran explaining how long each stage would take.

Both Imran and Jeff explained the meter afterwards (how it works etc) and were very friendly, polite and clear.

Jeff came and set to work straight away, was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Worked quickly with limited disruption. Left everything tidy and took time to explain smart meter too. Thank you Jeff!

Great service! Thankyou Connor and Steve @ Calisen

Calisen fitted a smart dual meter for gas and electric. They were sent to replace existing meters by Scottish Power. We had previous experience with a number of engineers being sent and not carrying out the works with different reasons given from each engineer. With Calisen two engineers attended the installation, Connor and Steve (a senior auditor). They were both great, professional, diligent, patient, and most importantly skilled engineers! Good communication throughout the visit and left with very happy customer. Thankyou!

Five star treatment

Five star treatment. Alan Prior came to the house and worked hard to overcome installation issues before leaving. Extremely polite and friendly and explained everything so clearly and showed us how everything worked before leaving. Many thanks.

Reliable polite professional engineer…

Reliable polite professional engineer Vinay did a really excellent job of upgrading my gas pipe and fitting a smart meter. Something two engineers who came and looked said they were unable to do. So thank you Vinay I am now warm have got water and do not have to read my meter at all.

Outstanding service and really nice engineer.

Li came out to supply an urgent Isolation Switch to my electric meter. He came all the way from Northampton to Nottingham in very quick time. I only called my electricity supplier at 9am and Li was with me before 12:30pm. He explained what he was doing and ensured I was happy with his service before leaving. I can 100% recommend his services. He is friendly and very knowledge about the work he does.

Jeff gave us notice he was on his way…

Jeff gave us notice he was on his way very friendly and professional installed our smart meters and worked efficiently around the family household trying to keep the children without power. Very happy with the service.

Jeff, Is an asset to Calisen. I was due to have my meter changed to the traditional old style meters. Jeff really took his time with me explaining how it all worked and how I could use smart meters moving forwards to manage my energy consumption in my house and stay on top of my bills. Very helpful and genuine guy.
