Piss Poor at Best

Been with them for 4 months. Always a problem. Complained 5 times about calls being cut off for no reason. Fee is much more than they stated. Have to get sent an OTP every time I loge on. When I speak to a rep their English is so poor I can't understand them. Date of experience is requested below. Hell it goes on for months.

I've been struggling to find a carrier…

I've been struggling to find a carrier that could port my number overseas. Then I found Calilio. Customer service has been immediately responsive and most helpful. Martina was especially helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to my new service with what appears to be a top-notch company.

The subscription ensures you have full access to all features, including messaging, calling, and support, which cannot be covered by the number fee alone. Both steps purchasing the number and subscribing to a plan are necessary for full functionality.
As an additional benefit, first-time users can claim a free number from the US or Canada when signing up, giving you an easy way to get started.

I'm just starting

I'm just starting, but the Calilio team has been fantastic to work with.

A shout out to Alex and Bindhu. Without their assistance, I wouldn't have had my questions sufficiently answered to make a buying decision and get up and running.

And their team has walked us through the setup process every step of the way. We are operational in less than a day.

Can you find a cheaper solution? Yes. But you may get what you pay for.

I just got onto the platform today

I just got onto the platform today, but my experience with them in setting up and in porting an existing number (which is not an easy thing to do) has been absolutely 5 star. Questions answered rapidly and easily. I'm going to start making and receiving calls on my dedicated number and will get back with another review after about a month of using the platform. I have no doubt it will be just as efficient as the set up and porting process.

Why I Chose Calilio After Testing Multiple Providers

After a thorough search and trying out over 10 companies, I chose to work with Calilio.

My issues were resolved quickly

I had some issues registering on the platform, but the support team helped resolve all of them, and I'm now a happy Calilio customer.
