I almost never leave reviews in my life, but this experience really deserves one. I placed an order and my shoes arrived 25 days later, shipped from China. What I received was a fake product with very poor quality, nothing like what was advertised.
After sending around 10 emails, they finally agreed to send the correct shoes. When I wanted to return the shoes, they kept pushing different options instead of a proper return. I clearly said I wanted to return the product.
Only after more back-and-forth emails did they finally send me a return label. I sent the shoes back, but my refund came very late, and they did not refund the full amount.
The whole process was stressful, slow, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this store.
