Withdrawal completed only after two weeks of repeated failures and a formal complaint
My experience withdrawing funds from Caleb & Brown was extremely poor.
I requested that my assets be liquidated and the proceeds transferred to my bank account. Over the following two weeks, I was repeatedly told that the withdrawal had been “initiated,” “actioned,” escalated, or would be sent that day.
Despite those assurances, no payment arrived.
I was asked to provide additional banking documentation, which I supplied promptly. I was then again told that the withdrawal had been initiated and would be sent that day. Several days later, I was informed that the withdrawal had not actually been queued.
A further delay arose because my full legal name on my identification included an additional given name, even though Caleb & Brown already held a copy of my passport showing that exact full name.
Only after I prepared and sent a formal written complaint, setting out the full chronology and stating that I intended to escalate the matter to the relevant regulators, was the wire finally processed. I first received a preliminary wire confirmation and later a full confirmation. The funds were ultimately received.
The issue is therefore resolved, but the process was dismal. The most concerning aspect was not simply the delay; it was being repeatedly told that the transfer had been initiated or actioned when it apparently had not been properly submitted.
A financial services business handling customer assets should have clear ownership of withdrawal requests, accurate status reporting, competent verification procedures and the ability to provide a traceable payment confirmation promptly.
Based on my experience, I would not use Caleb & Brown again.

Totally new to all things crypto
I am super new to crypto, I still write paper checks to pay my bills! Anyhoo, at the urging of my adult children I got an account with Caleb and Brown and their level of communication and responsiveness is awesome. Human interaction
Just signed up with C&B this past Saturday. I started moving some of my crypto over to them and one particular token never showed up. I waited a few hours before emailing C&B. I got a reply within minutes and the representative had already resolved the issue before contacting me. The reason this particular cryptocurrency didn't show up in my C&B portfolio is because it had to be manually allocated (which is normal for some cryptocurrencies) so if you run into the same problem just contact C&B and they'll jump on it.

I recently dropped my phone
I recently dropped my phone, and got a shattered locked green screen, and lost all my access to my 2 factor authentication app codes, with no way to scan a QR code. I was in a state of panic thinking I lost access to my funds, but thankfully, the Caleb and Brown team are real people who can help with real problems. They had the my account squared away the very next day. They have always been there for me, keeping me and my funds safe, there’s no company I trust more, I’m beyond grateful to have their support!!

I have had my assets with this company but sadly had to leave
I have had my assets with this company for about a year, sadly i had to withdraw them because of EU regulatory issues. The transactions was very professional and with several security steps. I have always got fast answers and every time i withdrew money it was in my bank account the next morning.
I am sad that i have to leave as a customer now but i hope they will resolve the regulatory issues in the EU so i can come back as a customer later.
I am just a small fish but felt treated like a high roller client :)

My broker, Michael S., contacted me internationally as soon as I signed up for an account, to welcome me and see if he could be of service.
He watched out for my wire transfer and executed it per my instructions immediately upon arrival of the funds.
Do not hesitate to use their service because they are centered in Australia (and you live in US, for example), there is always someone domestic monitoring my account with my broker and are available for calls and emails.
