I needed customised photos to decorate by husband's 80th birthday cake - very precise shape and size. Olivia at Cakeshop were most accommodating, communicating with me personally by e-mail throughout the process, and the result was delivered the following day, and were perfect!

Easy to deal with & very efficient; Olivia answered my questions immediately; when I came to use the cake topper it was very easy to remove from the backing sheet. I have dealt with several companies doing the same thing but Cakeshop is far superior. Thankyou.

I had a difficult image that i needed putting on a topper for cupcakes.
Not only was the ordering easy, i had my item arrive within 48 hours! The image is clear & sharp & the colours exactly like my image. I am VERY impressed by this company.

I approached this company to ask if they could offer some discounted cake toppers for charity events that I am doing. They straight away asked what I wanted & posted them straight out to me completely free of charge! I have also placed another order which came in super quick time. I cannot recommend them enough!

What an amazing company.

I placed my first order online, it was really easy to do and so easy to customise your cake toppers. I cannot express how pleased I was when i received ny order, it was far better than i could of ever imagined, the quality was excellent.

Really quick from ordering to receiving.

I had a couple of enquiries, so sent them a quick e-mail, which was quickly answered. The customer service is excellent.

I will defintely be using them again and definitely recommend for anyone else to purchase, you will not be disappointed.

The topper arrived yesterday, just the day after I ordered it. I’m genuinely impressed by the quality, speed, price, and your personal touch with an address change. Very highly recommended.

Placed an order online, received no order confirmation and the icing toppers were needed for a birthday party. Granted I was ordering more last min (Wednesday in time for Sunday) but ordered within the timeframe on the website for them to be sent next day delivery. Due to no order number and it appearing as though my order had failed, I tried to get in touch quickly to find out so I wasnt ordering twice. There was no phone number, only email or facebook. Which I did both at 4.20pm. I didnt received a response until id chased until roughly 11am the following day and was worrying id miss the cut off time. In the end, the icing toppers were sent out in time and a quick process which was good. However when they arrived I couldnt see the writing on one of the designs at all. I emailed to notify them of this as soon as they were received Friday. However have still received no response or acknowledgement at all. Mistakes cant be helped but to not respond is different.

There was an issue with the payment page when I placed my order. It never confirmed, and no confirmation email was received yet payment had been taken. I was concerned, but I contacted them via the email address on thier website. Within 24hours they got back me, and sorted everything out.

Very upset with this company and dissapointed.
I've ordered a cake topper yesterday. They said if I pay apx £9 DELIVERY they will deliver the next day guaranteed.

I haven't received anything yet and I needed the cake topper for tomorrow. I've asked for a refund but I don't think i'll get the silly delivery fee back unfortunateley. I would not recommend.

I had an issue when ordering my cupcake Toppers on their website, so I contacted their customer service email, and received a quick response the next working day! They offered to take my order over email instead, and they followed my instructions on cropping of the images to a T! They came in the post the next day, well packaged as well! Lovely and quick service, couldn't complain! Would definitely order from them again! :)

Could not recommend this company enough. Georgia & Emily took the extra time to help with an issue I was encountering with quality of my design.
Toppers arrived next day and were top quality and very reasonably priced. I will be using this company for more of my cakes in the future most definitely!

I have ordered from here twice. first time the cake toppers I ordered within 2 days and we're great quality! And the 2nd time I ordered there was an issue with the website but I got in touch with the email address on the website and my issue was resolved via email and my product was dispatched the same day and arrived the next day. Top service! Definitely recommend!!

Brilliant customer service. My cake toppers were lost by the courier and when I contacted Cake Shop straight away they re-printed them, within half an hour, so they could go guaranteed next day delivery with Royal Mail, at no extra charge. Would use them every time.

Outstanding! Excellent quality. The ability to customise your own toppers is so easy to use and great value for money. Great communication and customer service and super fast reliable delivery. Highly recommend!

I NEVER write reviews.. however I had to come online and leave these guys a review. I ordered cake toppers with pictures on yesterday and they were delivered today. Absolute seemless order and fantastic product! Honestly so impressed! Will absolutely use these again!!! Thank you SO much xx
