I would like to leave some feedback…

I would like to leave some feedback regarding my recent experience with your cake service in Morden.

I ordered a birthday cake online and requested a custom message on the cake. Unfortunately, when placing the order, I accidentally misspelled one letter of the birthday person’s name. When I arrived to collect the cake and noticed the mistake, I politely asked if it would be possible to correct it.

The staff member informed me that it could not be changed. I completely understand that the mistake was mine, not the company’s. However, what disappointed me was the lack of flexibility or willingness to help find a solution.

I even mentioned that I understood the correction might leave a mark on the cake and that I was willing to accept that. I also would have been happy to pay an additional fee or wait longer if necessary. Since the cake had been ordered only about an hour earlier, I believed there might still have been a possibility to make a small adjustment.

Birthdays are special occasions, and it was honestly frustrating to bring a cake with the wrong name written on it. Mistakes happen, especially with names, and I feel that businesses providing personalized services should be prepared to handle situations like this with a bit more understanding and customer care.

I am not upset about the mistake itself, because it was my responsibility. What disappointed me was the attitude and the complete unwillingness to try to help or offer any alternative solution.

I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences.

I entered the Dubai airplane ticket…

I entered the Dubai airplane ticket draw back in February, but I haven’t seen any announcement of a winner since. I may have missed it, but I also reached out twice via email to ask for clarification and didn’t receive any response.

At this point, the lack of communication is quite concerning and doesn’t reflect well in terms of transparency. I would appreciate some clarity on whether the draw has taken place and where the results have been published.
