Absolute shocking waiting 3 hours for my order never turned up won’t refund me because apparently the weather was bad which it wasn’t even raining at that time lying robbing bastards

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am going to report this Didsbury based company to trading standards. Ordered food , didn't arrive, phoned them , said they had been trying to reach the driver but he wasn’t picking up . They offered to cancel the order, I agreed and asked for a full refund. The items were delivered 3 hours late, melted and inedible. No refund. Have phoned again this evening and they wont answer my call

3 hour plus delivery time food cold if they can't deliver don't accept the order

I ordered for next day delivery and they took my money but my order has not arrived 2 days later. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Don’t use this site.

We waited 3 hours for our food and it never arrived. We rang twice asking for an update and on both occasions the woman was so so rude to us and hung up on us. Avoid this place at all cost! I genuinely beleive they had no intention on delivering our food.

Placed an order at 8:30pm, was told it would be here by 9:30 but it wasnt, i then called up and they told me it was 2 minutes away, another 40 minutes later the order was cancelled! then called up to ask why and they said it was a flood? absolutely bullshit not rained and how can it be cancelled 40 minutes after saying he was 2 minutes away

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Me and my boyfriend placed an order on uber eats it said it would take 45 mins to be delivered so we rang up and asked after a hour how long it would be. The woman on the phone said we can’t deliver till tomorrow as you can imagine we was so confused. We rang up again and asked her to cancel it as it did not let us. She said she has but we checked the app and it said heading your way so we had no choice but to call back and ask what was going on. The woman on the phone started shouting at us being absolutely vile. This place needs shutting down. I would not order from here if I was you.

The woman on the phone has some disgusting attitude, been waiting 2hours for my order and now they tell me they can’t get a driver absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely awful shop ... God knows how they are still in business based on the reviews they receive! Waited over two and a half hours for delivery. Rang after an hour and was told it was on its way ... clearly a lie as it still didnt arrive 1.5 hours later! Ended up giving up and going to bed. AVOID at all cost!

Wish i seen other reviews before I ordered absolute joke of a place two hours for food not to show up and marked as delivered. Luckily got a refund off just eat avoid this place at all cost

Order of Uber eats and it took 3 and half hours to come rang the shop 3 times keep saying on it’s way the second time I rang them they told me they would get the drive to phone me but never did got the my kids the cookie burger thing and they where rock hard could not eat them I had the Eaton mass and all it was cake with a lot of cream Eaton mass is sopose to have meringue in it and all I can say is if you love cream then you in a winner😩😩

Massively fraudulent company. Nothing more than a theif. Will tell you your order is close, and it will never arrive, i am going to seek legal advice and report to the council as well for investigation .

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!

placed my order on just eat at 20:14 with estimated delivery time of 20:30-20:50 gave it until 21:30 and still nothing so I rang where they told me it will be 20 mins they’re leaving with it now, at 22:15 I rang again to be told they couldn’t find my order it had never been made and was never out for delivery! They would sent it out now…… I waited until 22.45 and they kept hanging up on me when I’d ask the location of my order!! It has been 3 hours since ordering and still nothing!! And still took my money!!!

Disgusting place with bad customer service 😒 my kids was waiting for over 3 hours for milkshake and waffles that was never going to be delivered. I rang numerous times to be told it was on way and on last phone call she hung up on me. Absolutely vile behaviour
