correx base came damaged, and the haymate and cagebase liner got chewed through straight away, contacted customer services who didn’t believe me, sent photos and still to receive a response weeks later.

the original cage i wanted wasn’t available but it wasn’t marked out of stock on the website. was supposed to be delivered without 3-4 days but it wasn’t until i chased that they told me it was no longer available either so had to select a different one.

I ordered some things for my Guinea pigs and I have never received them please don’t waste your money

Please don’t waste your time and order from this place takes over a month to come and when it does it’s left outside stolen and when I asked about it 13 times on email they completely ignore you . Total waste of time

Order never received. Numerous emails sent to seller over last 3 months, final one requesting a full refund. I've not received a single response to these and of course, no refund. Seems I'm not the only one posting poor reviews about this company on this and other review sites. Avoid

I ordered £63 worth of products . They were never delivered. Tracking stated left for collection the. Royal Mail returned the order within 1 day. No response from any messages or emails to the company.

I haven’t seen many reviews of this place but if you look into their comments on social media it’s full of people who haven’t received their orders. I placed an order which I haven’t received, I have emailed customer service, a week later filled in their contact form on website and have also messaged on Facebook, no response. They have my money but I have no items. Please do not use this company, from their website it looks great but this is what the real customer experience looks like, no items and no response from the company.
