Controler turned up at my home as expected, she had a gigantic round silver piercing in her bottom lip, looked completely stupid & unprofessional! She then carried on with her noseying & said she has to see my bank statements, I asked her why, she said it's to see whether it's me who pays the EDF bill! That was the first on the list but she kept on scrolling through & scrolling through, just a liar and a nosey git!!
I have made a formal complaint which has been ignored, I have now submitted another, we shall see if I get some response!

After 21 minutes waiting on the phone...it is answered! Hooray! Then after giving my social security number the woman hangs up on me mid sentence. So totally rude and useless!!!!

CAF is not the right charity . My zero review is for Disability Action a so called "charity" for the disabled in N I, my story is SHOCKING. I am 69 and disabled since Dec 2022, my GP asked me to join a so called "charity transport" called DATS. I have been in great pain since 12th Aug 2023 , my GP made an emergency app on Wed 26th June 2024 at 2.15 pm , one week before so called DATS confirmed my booking, on 26th June I found my side gate was open and I was afraid to close it, so I rang Daisy, a foreign woman, supposed to answer their phone. I asked her nicely if the driver would close it, She replied "NO HE WON'T" no surprise as she could not care less about the disabled .The driver John came and I asked him to close it, he is 20 years my junior but refused then said to me "You have a very bad attitude" So at 2.05 pm I was stranded and called a taxi and was 25 minutes late . When I got home Grace from DATS phoned , said I was lying and shouting , totally false, so I called the Charity Commission NI and made the strongest complaint about this so called "charity" CAF has nothing to fear from my review no need to show this to CAF I would that that had I missed this app I could have waited up to a year for another and by then I will be 70 years old. I am also contacting my MP Mrs Carla Lockhart as I had to do when first trying to use this so called "DATS" they would not even help me down my very steep front drive. The Charity Commission NI is indeed genuine and have accepted my complaint and I hope Daisy, John and Grace will all soon be out of their jobs as they all deserve Let the Charity Commission NI see my review. 3rd July Kerry Hearn of so called "darts" made a very serious mistake SHE SENT ME A LETER LIBELING ME NOW WITH MY SOLICITOR, MY MP AND THE CHARITY COMMISSIN NI SHE WIIL LIVE TO REGRET THIS BEIEIVE ME 3RD JULY 2024, this man John is the worst liar you could meet, but Kerry believes him how ridiculous could i woman be?

Never experienced such a group of unprofessionals like this in my entire life. They donate money to a woman because of her pregnancy without any body asking, and then they come back to her 6 months later asking the money back. Of course they are so professional that they are not even able to calculate people’s revenue properly and when you finally speak to them at the phone they don’t know anything about their own job. Do they hire also normal human beings in CAF, or you must be a total moron to be working there?

They make good efforts but still, the user experience is poor. Moving home accross departements is an untanglable mess for example
