If I could rate them negative stars I…

If I could rate them negative stars I would. The photo sitting experience for my daughter's Senior Pictures was a loud, cluttered trash experience. Kids were herded around to different stations...ugh. The final deal breaker is I had my daughter's pictures retouched in early January. Now it is April and still no pictures, I was told it could take a few more weeks. This is a crazy stupid customer service experience! I have not even talked about the prices yet but just know it is all overpriced and very underwhelming.

Horrible Company

The website is glitchy and poorly made, and they force you to give a ton of personal information that is unnecessary. I've received so many unnecessary texts from them, bugging me to buy their outrageously high-priced products. 0/5, I don't know why my school hired them.

Don't offer options to order portraits and cap and gown together

They do not offer where you can buy both cap and gown and the portraits together. The cheapest option for cap and gown is $80 before taxes and shipping and for portraits is $80 before taxes and shipping so the cheapest you can pay for both is $160 before taxes and shipping fees. Also don't take good pictures they did everything so fast my students eyes looked more shocked, and hair was being pushed into her face by the cap and just little other things that made the pictures off putting. Also, could not get retakes as their studio was around an hour away without traffic.

The WORST photos of my life

The WORST photos of my life. I took my senior photos with the standard $30 plan. Checked my email today, come to find out they charged me 234 DOLLARS, on TOP of the $30 I already paid. They do not clarify that they will up charge you for some ugly ass photos. Those mediocre photographers do not know how to pose you, looking like they got them out of a bottom of the barbell art school. Customer service sucked when I contacted them. I now have to go out of my way to return the portfolio through UPS and wait weeks for them to return my money. If I could cuss out the owner of this company personally, I would. Wish I could give them 0 stars, they don’t even deserve 1. Moral of the story, do not take photos with this piece of ass company.

SHAME SHAME SHAME

Cady studios are CROOKS. I initially paid $179 for my sons Senior photo, I thought. No! I later found out that was just the "sitting fee" I had to pay ANOTHER $206 for the actual physical photo, which only includes 4 prints. Cady studios runs the monopoly for the Cherokee county Georgia High School photos for EVERYTHING. They charge a fortune to purchase the photos. It's criminal. I am disgusted. They have a few locations around Georgia with actual phone numbers BUT. ... when YOU call, you ALWAYS get people with accents who are "outsourced" and have no idea how to answer simple questions about pricing, When this happens, they put you on hold, then tell you to hang up so an actual person from the U.S.A calls YOU back within minutes to assist robbing you of your money.

I would give his studio a 0 if I could

I would give this studio a 0 if I could. I schedule a session for my daughter's graduation, they do not provide you an itemized statement of what you are going to receive and when they charge you, it is $500. Fine, I am getting pictures for her graduation, but no, you are sadly mistaken, my hopes of sending pictures to my family members vanish, since I was told I will receive a link to download the pictures and print them out, not only did they scam me of $500 but I have to go to Walgreens to print them out?
My daughter told me another parent paid $1,000.
We need to get together and shut down this scam.
The board of Education cannot force us to use this studio. Who are they to dictate what we purchase.
Especially since it is now known they are associated to Light Touch.

Disappointing...

I’m very disappointed with the pricing and lack of flexibility when ordering senior portraits from this company. The packages are extremely expensive and built around large quantities of printed photos, which feels outdated since most families simply want a digital image or one or two prints.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of personalization. For something as meaningful as a senior portrait, customers should be able to choose simple options like black and white or purchase just the single photo they want. Instead, you’re pushed into costly packages filled with prints many people don’t need.
Overall, the pricing feels excessive and the ordering options are far too restrictive.

Scam???

Proof arrived 3 months late. I had already ordered and received my package. "Expiration date" was 3 months ago. When contacted customer service they were 0 help and did not try to resolve issue, gave another expiration date. Think they do this to scam people and charge for things they don't order. WORST photography studio I've ever dealt with for schools!!!

Same angle on all photos/ Missing packages

All of my child's photos are from the exact same angle. I could have taught a monkey how to set up a trip pod and push a button. Cady has very poor communication and customer service is almost impossible to get a real person. I was charged for a portfolio I did not order, then after being sent multiple notifications of order processed, order on the way, order delivered(all outside of customer service business hour) .. The package was Never delivered. I also have questions about the actual photos I want to order, but yet again I have been unsuccessful at getting a real live person to talk to. After almost $400 spent on CADY I still have no photos and no answers.
TAKE YOUR KIDS OUTSIDE. DO THE PHOTOS Yourself. YOU WILL GET BETTER RESULTS.

Overpriced and lack of quality

This is nothing more than an overpriced assembly line. The minimum for any purchase of photos is $200. You cannot just purchase a single digital senior picture and they will not let you combine senior pictures and cap and gown pictures into one package. If you are wanting just the single formal picture and the cap and gown photo you need to be prepared to spend $400. It is a complete scam! Shame on the schools for forcing parents to use them

A company full of thieves and air heads!

This company is a scam and I can't believe they are still allowed to be in business!! They are literally taking people money. I had a credit to my account for my daughter's pictures but they also sent me an email for 30$ off when I order the pictures. They did not honor that email and said my credit is where the 30$ would come from! Wtf..how? The credit is.my own.money so basically the 30$ they offered came out of my money!! Stupid! Not to mention the customer service reps have no clue about anything and sound like they are reading from a script!! I Jaye a bull!@#t company. I really hope someone comes up with a.better company to use for Senior picture because these people are modern.day thieves! Make me sick

Huge RIP OFF

We paid for the digital download of the senior photos initially when they were taken and we were told that it included all photos, but the cap and gown photos would not be available until Feb 2026. Now we get a notice that to get the cap and gown photos, we have to purchase yet another package. When I called to ask why we had to pay and we were told that the initial fee covered all photos, she just kept repeating herself that we have to pay to get the photos. When I asked for a manager she told me that the manager would tell me the same thing. Now as someone who worked in customer service for over 30yrs, this is NOT something you tell a customer. However, it seems to be the norm these days with this new generation.
She told me to sit by the phone and wait for a call back. Forget that, his father is a photographer, we should have skipped this experience all together. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Absolutely the worst photos and they lie and steal. I sent the portfolio back and they charged me anyway. It's their label I could only print and still claim to have no idea. We had to have photos taken with a real photographer since their quality is terrible. I would never use this fraudulent company with deceptive policies that steals from customers after forcing their inferior product and service with no options.

Fraudulent Charges

I booked my son’s senior pictures with Cady, who was recommended by the school. I paid when I booked and went to his session a month later. We told them we did not want anything extra, just the photos we paid for. A month later, they charged my account 230.00!!!!

Bad quality and terrible customer service

Had two kids now go through the Cady experience. And, it's truly terrible. Sadly, our school yearbook contracts with them, so if we wanted senior photos in the yearbook, this is the only go to. The photographers are teenagers, not experienced. Photo lighting was completely washed out on first kid, 2 years ago. And, you didn't have control over what photos they decided to provide to you for selection. Second kid, they made her do poses that we 100% knew we would not choose, but part of their "process" is to do certain standard poses and you have accept those poses as part of your 10 photo selection. The prices for just digital images (you get 10) is outrageous. Then, they take photos of your cap and gown during the same session but won't let you include those in the initial price. You have to pay for those separately at a later time. My advice, it's cheaper to hire your own photographer for quality photos that you actually will want.

Very Disappointed with Cady

Very Disappointed with Cady:
To start with, we had to pay a $21 sitting fee for the required Senior tuxedo top photo for our son to be in the yearbook. We did not order any outfit changes or a portfolio of photos.
When I went to order a single 8x10 sheet, the total for ONE print, tax and shipping, is $69.69.
A Senior photo is a milestone memory. For Cady to be charging close to $70 for one print is ridiculous and unforgiveable. Shame on you Cady for upcharging customers based on emotions.
