Really good price, excellent delivery time and we'll packaged. I've received several emails with offers detailing good deals with the company since the purchase so all is good. I bought some snow foam for the car and its a lot better than the previous product I used plus its cheaper so I'm very happy.

I’m still missing 2 150mm da pads from my order from the 17th December. Your customer care department don’t seem to have a clue.

Purchased an item for my husband for Christmas but the wrong item was sent. Have emailed several times and keep getting the same automated reply. No phone number available so unable to call. Would not recommend this company at all.

Great service, great product. I hadbeenthinking about upgrading the gun and hose for my K7 and so glad I made the choice.
So much easier and faster than the standard gun and hose on the K7.

It’s not easy to navigate for the correct hose replacement for the pressure washer. Very poor customer service, had to chase up multiple times definitely correct what other reviews are saying.
Definitely try more reputable suppliers.

Ordered a MJJC Snow Foam Cannon S V3.0 which, despite being a well-rounded product, quickly turned out to be a nightmare product and found itself in the bin.

I ordered a Nilfisk-adapter with the MJJC 3.0S cannon, to suit my pressure washer. On first use, it produced the thickest foam I have ever seen, which then stayed on the car for about an hour, as the adapter jammed solid in my pressure washer!!!

To remove, I was forced to destroy my washer trigger lance with a heavy duty hacksaw to get the thing out. Total spend so far to rectify: i.e. this cannon, its replacement, and a replacement Nilfisk trigger-lance = £160. Not impressed!

This is however, no reflection on CA Detailing of course, who would have little control over this, however my feedback - a) CA: PLEASE advise your suppliers at MJJC that their Nilfisk adapter is poorly specified and simply not engineered to fit a Nilfisk/KEW/Alto adapter, and b) Nilfisk Users...caveat emptor!

Good trader. I could not find the items cheaper elsewhere and postage was quite reasonable. I would use the company again.
