Great Service, highly recommend.

This was the first time I have bought from C A Detailing. Overall I was very impressed with the service and experience of using their web site. Products easy to navigate, competitive pricing, with some nice special offers available which is always good to receive. My order was promptly picked and delivery was quick and efficient. I haven't used all my new products yet, however everything was delivered as ordered, undamaged and all looks how it should do. The Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner has been used and it is absolutely fantastic at cleaning alloy wheels

Seeing the add in Facebook I thought it might not be as good as it shows, but I’m wrong

What a great bit of kit, it easily connects to my Karcher using the adaptor and they even sent a roll of PTFE, which was a great touch!

I’ve played with the nozzles, and I’m impressed, the straight up power nozzle is better the karcher standard one.

The flexibility with a shorter lance is really good, it does exactly what it says. And is very much like the advertising pictures and videos,

Disappointing to say the least - poor customer service. Ordered the item from them through TikTok. The item arrived damaged, contents had leaked everywhere and all over the back of the Royal Mail van apparently when I spoke to them the next day.

I emailed CA Detailing with images of the product the same day, I messaged them on TikTok too, no response to any of the methods of contact.

Very annoying and frustrating as I paid £32’ish pounds for this item and I have nothing but a white container with about 2ltrs of fluid left rather than the 5ltrs I ordered.

Top notch company. This is my second order from these guys and from the quality and pricing of their products, the ease of ordering through their website to the fast delivery and updates, they provide a first class service.

I ordered some items and decided to exchange one item for another with a price difference of £0.49 which they sent an invoice for. I get that it's more expensive but I already ordered over £70 worth of items and thought they'd just ship it. This wasn't the best experience but since they replied so quick and changed the order since it hadn't shipped by then (fairly quick delivery by the way) I'd give them five stars and would shop here again. Cheap prices for lots of items too, would recommend.
