I bought gallon sized plants, to me this means I am buying a gallon sized root system, as it means at any nursery I’ve ever worked out. The plants I received have little to no roots, and the size of the plant itself looks like it would’ve come from a 4.5 inch pot or a quart at the very largest. Very disappointed.

Some of the plants were nice and large, the rest more small to medium sized. All seem very healthy with great roots. Just wish they had all been the larger size.

The Aeonium cuttings I received were absolutely stunning -- big and healthy beyond expectations! The only thing I wish you could offer is reduced shipping cost. UPS shipping is great, but $58 within the same county was too high. The package was carefully packed and the cuttings and a live plant arrived safely. I am happy with the experience, but if shipping cost were charged based on the actual cost, I would be returning customer.

Absolutely thrilled with the product. The clippings came larger than I anticipated, and extremely healthy. We had a rain storm come through, and I wasn’t able to get them planted for almost two week. They all thrived, and are doing great! Would definitely recommend, and also buy again.

I have bought from Serra Gardens several times. I live in AZ and our nursery items are limited due to our climate, so I don’t get to see some of these offers here in my hometown like someone in CA may get to see on a daily basis. Each time I have ordered I have received exceptional plants and 100% successful replanting of the plants and cuttings. Shipping is expected to cost a bit more since I have to order online to ship to AZ but the cost overall is still a bargain for me compared to other online sellers. Plants and cuttings are always very well sized for my overall cost. I will continue to do business with Serra Gardens and I would definitely recommend to others. I am glad I found them.

Overall, you get a nice selection of exotic aloes, agaves and other succulents at a reasonable price especially for us here on the East Coast. And, the plants come packaged very well so you know you are getting quality products.
