Great experience with a professional company
We hired a 16-seater minibus from Cabzilla for my brother’s stag do in Reading, and the experience was very good overall. The team were professional, cooperative, and very helpful throughout the entire process. No request was too big or small, and they responded to all our questions with understanding and ease. Both minibuses arrived clean and ready to go on each day, and the journeys themselves went smoothly without any issues.
There were a couple of minor hiccups, though. About three weeks before the trip, we requested a change to the pick-up and drop-off times and received informal confirmation that it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when making the final payment the day before, the original times were still listed. It took a few hours to get confirmation that the new times were indeed okay, which added a bit of unnecessary stress right before the event.
Additionally, I was told I’d receive a text from the driver the night before or the morning of the trip to confirm everything was in place. That message didn’t come through, but when I raised it with Abi and the team, they quickly shared the driver’s contact details, and we were able to connect directly. Not a major issue, just a slight deviation from what was originally communicated.
With all that said, both drivers turned up on time, were easy going, accommodating, and genuinely happy to help. Can't ask for more than that.
I’d absolutely use Cabzilla again for future trips—please book without hesitation!

Regarding the pick-up and drop-off time change: you’re absolutely right — once the verbal confirmation was given, the updated times should have been reflected immediately on the final booking sheet. We apologise for the unnecessary stress this caused, especially so close to the event. We’ve already addressed this with our admin team to ensure time amendments are updated and reissued promptly going forward.
As for the driver message not coming through the night before — thank you for bringing this to our attention. While we were able to share the driver’s details quickly once raised, the confirmation text should have reached you proactively, and we’re reviewing this process to prevent any similar gaps in communication.
With that said, we’re really glad the overall journeys were smooth, the drivers were professional and friendly, and that your group felt well looked after from start to finish.

I have no idea how this company gets…
I have no idea how this company gets such good reviews. I booked a 10 seater minibus to take my family and I back back and forth from the oasis concert in heaton park. The outward journey was ok but the return leg was a disaster. The lady spoke limited English and communication was difficult. We were supposed to meet at a pick up point but I don’t know if the roads were open. So the driver then sent me a pin which was a 1 hour walk from the venue. We walked there but. after she sent the pin, she kept driving so when we got there, she was in a completely different place and over an hour away. We sat at a service station on old bury road and sent our location. We waited over a hour and, even though we sent her our pin and gave her our address, she still managed to go to a different service station and blamed us for being in the wrong place! At that point some of our party started to get taxis and Ubers home but, because there was 10 of us, we couldn’t get a third taxi and I was forced to wait it out. Eventually she turned up over 2 hours late and I eventually got home. The rest of our party were back before us and already in bed by the time we got back. On a positive, oasis were brilliant ! 5 stars for oasis, 2 stars for Cabzilla !

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry that the return journey after the Oasis concert felt stressful — events of this size can be extremely challenging for both passengers and drivers.
For clarity, our internal review shows that the driver was in the correct designated pick-up area, but due to the crowd of over 80,000 people, several police-enforced road closures, and restricted vehicle access zones, it became very difficult to approach passengers directly or remain parked in one place for long. These conditions changed repeatedly throughout the night, which affected communication and positioning.
We understand this caused confusion, and we apologise for any frustration this caused your group. Our intention is always to collect passengers as quickly and safely as possible, but at major concerts the situation on the ground is often unpredictable and outside of our control.
That said, we are taking steps to improve future event operations by:
• Giving clearer guidance on police-approved pick-up points
• Improving map pin confirmation to avoid misunderstandings
• Enhancing driver communication procedures during road closures

A truly unforgettable Glasto ride
If you’re looking for a private transfer that’s equal parts convenience and chaos (in the best possible way), look no further.
We booked a taxi for six to Glasto, and the company very generously asked us to take one random passenger along for the ride — because what’s a road trip without a mystery guest, right? In fairness, they balanced it out by letting us bring an extra mate for no extra charge, so the whole thing basically evened out like some kind of weird ride-sharing karma.
The late-night pickup after the festival was actually a godsend. No post-Glasto despair wandering around looking for trains or questionable coaches. We got scooped up with zero drama and made it back to London at a time that didn’t make us question our life choices.
Special shoutout to the driver, who showed real patience and professionalism when one of us needed an emergency vom stop. Not all heroes wear capes, some just pull over at the right time.
And yes, the highlight of the return journey: I secured a Greggs chicken bake en route home. At that point, I knew we were in safe hands.
All in all — 5 stars. Would ride again.

Overall it was fine
Overall it was fine. Unfortunately due to a wrong post code the bus was half an hour late but still arrived on time at the venue . I did pick up most of our rubbish but there was some already on the bus that wasn’t ours. The journey was fine and the driver was excellent so in all a good day. Would use your company again .

Minibus for 9 people
Booked a minibus for 9 people on a lads weekend to go to a festival in Warrington and back. Ali was great throughout. Our original minibus had a slight prang en route and Ali managed to sort out another one in double quick time. On the way home Ali also managed to send out the minibus a tad early to us on request. All in all a great service and I'd highly recommend.
