We had a wonderful stay with Caboose Stays. Aidan was excellent at communication from the very beginning—always responsive, kind, and helpful. When we first arrived, I mentioned that the weather was warmer than usual and asked about ways to keep the house cool. Aidan kindly offered to bring fans for us, one for each room, at no extra cost. This thoughtful gesture made our stay so much more comfortable.

Originally, we were planning to go to Gloucester and had even contacted some houses there. But after experiencing how responsive and collaborative Aidan was, we changed our plans and chose Colchester instead. Although there’s a big difference between the two destinations, Colchester turned out to be a great choice—full of history and much closer to London. The house itself was a good size, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated the attention to detail and Aidan’s genuine care for his guests.

I will definitely recommend Caboose Stays (Aidan) to everyone I know who plans to visit the UK.
