Website easily navigated. Very quick service.
Had purchased same product from competitor thinking was best price. Wrong. Cabinet parts.com has best price I have found with quality products and best customer service.

Purchasing process was easy, but the product, while of good quality, does not match what it is replacing as well as I had hoped. So it seems I'm stuck with something I cannot use or may be forced to buy additional pulls so all match.

Ordered from cabinets parts before had a good experience. This time order was shipped quicker than I thought with the holiday weekend. When parts arrived boxes were a little bit damaged but I think that’s the shipping company. FedEx delivered. It kind of plopped it on the front porch but upon inspection all my parts were in good shape. Will be definitely ordering from this company again.

Placed order, received order confirmation, and dayyyys later get an email needing to confirm my identity with a government licensed ID. I’ve never had to do that with any other online order. (And this one was a small one.) I called immediately and told them I would not be doing that and asked if there was a work around. She says yes there is, so I followed instructions. Again another 5 days later I received an email stating the order was cancelled because I failed to verify my identity… When I called the company the customer service rep was rude and combative. I informed them they’ve lost a good customer. Sad that good customer service no longer accounts for anything.

Good pricing, and fast shipping on the Blum undermount drawer slides that I needed to replace a different, discontinued brand that was failing in most of my personal cabinets. Blum slides are superior to most, if not all brands, and relatively easy to install, providing you have your sizing accurate on the drawer boxes. CabinetParts.com has an excellent selection of parts and hardware, with good to great pricing on most items.

This is probably the easiest company that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Orders are processed quickly,returns are a breeze and their customer service is wonderful. Prices are also very very competitive.

Terrible service and Product descriptions. Every single thing I have ordered from this company was wrong size and never once do they allow for returns. They claim they have been used and will not return them. I will never use this company again

They sent the parts with out instructions or a template to place. Pretty basic stuff. Pretty disappointing.

I loved that I was able to find the part I needed to repair my kitchen cabinet. Described is accurately, and delivered in a timely manner…and at a great cost. I will definitely purchase other items and I began minor repairs on my kitchen cabinets.

Very nicely made. I ordered cabinet doors with 4 lights each. The only things was that I expected I would be able to put a piece of glass in each light, but it was made for only 1 large piece of glass. I guess that's the way things are made now.

Ordered Monday and received on Tuesday.

Their website was very easy to navigate and find the right part. It was a European angled hinge by Salice and was very difficult to find at other stores. CP fulfilled the order perfectly and got it to me within two days. I’m very happy with them!

I called Customer service before I placed my order because I knew I was ordering samples to view different options. I explained I wanted to see the hardware in person. They offered me “free shipping” and easy returns. Not true at all! Each order comes in multiple packages so returns have to go back the exact same way. No one explained this, and it does not explain all of the multiple packages on their website. I understand you have to pay return shipping, but I was charged for multiple shipping labels. I placed two orders for $912 paid $106 in return shipping labels!

Hinges worked out great. I went from exposed hinges to concealed hinges.

You were recommended by an experienced cabinet maker. I have no experience so was difficult not to have any explanation for installing but more important no reference for adjusting. Then ran out of screws!
