Customer service was very unresponsive. I ordered 3 cabinet latches and heard nothing for 3 days, until I inquired about the order. Then I was told it shipped from the warehouse that very day. After that, I tracked shipment on FedEx, until it sat in same location for 4 days. I emailed customer service, both at CabinetParts and FedEx and still have yet to get any response.

Reached out to customer service 3/14/2015 looking for replacement hinges and corresponded with Sherry. She sent me video to explain how to measure the cabinet and was back and forth with emails trying to help me. Sherry was patient, professional and explained what I needed to replace hinges, I ended the email stating I would be back in touch when I could get appropriate information. On 3/17/2025 sent information and Sherry provided contact number and I reached out. Sherry was patient, polite and professional at all times and provided STELLAR customer service.

I have been looking for new cabinet hardware for over 6 months and had no luck. I FINALLY found exactly what I was looking for at Cabinet Parts.

Sherry is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and great to work with. She provided me with several options to choose from. She spent so much time with me and wouldn't give up until I was happy with my selection.

She always responded to my emails in a timely fashion. I couldn't have found what I was looking for without her.

Sherry is truly an asset to Cabinet Parts.

I recently needed to figure out which hinge would work to replace an old Ikea hinge on an Akuram cabinet. The reponse was fast and they helped me figure it out. Thanks.

I have used CabinetParts.com many times. 2 of the last 3 orders are missing their expected date to ship and are shipping late from their warehouse. My order is still not showing up on FedEx's system, four days later. When I inquire about my order I'm told to check the website. Very frustrating.

If any company would like a master class on customer service, talk to Sherry at Cabinet Parts. She could not have been more helpful. I had a small order, but that didn't matter. She found me the correct parts, came on time and at a fair price. Thanks!

I was extremely happy working with CabinetParts. The sales person I worked with via email was very patient with my lack of knowledge of hinges. Hinges are very complex little devices, especially if the orginal hinges are no longer made. The hinges I ordered fit like a charm! Thank you CabinetParts!!!

The prices were good but the customer service was what made them stand out. I have (for me) a complicated and confusing need for cabinet hinge upgrade. I traded information, measurments, and photos for several days to get the right hinge.
In the end , they put what i needed in my basket, and all i had to do was check out.
I have them bookmarked now

I purchased the incorrect hinges and they told me if I returned it. I would have to pay for a return shipping and I would get $.66 out of everything. I just don’t feel like it’s a company with integrity so I give it a one star

All I can say is Sherry did a great job helping me through multiple orders! Normally when I get sales or customer service I get someone that is new, not extremely helpful and many times barely understandable. Not this time. I did get frustrated with CabinetParts.com online tool and final broke down and called sales/customer support. Sherry was very knowledgable, asked the right questions, provided guidance and ensured I got the best price available. She even helped me overcome some challenges during installation. She went over and above to make this customer very pleased with the experience. Thanks CabinetParts.com

I called customer service for questions. They were helpful and polite. My order of eight sets of drawer slides came sooner than expected. They were packed very well. I was impressed with the quality of slides and price. They're smooth and sturdy. Five stars for the company and their products.

I placed an order for 21 replacement cabinet doors. On one size, I accidentally neglected to order boring, so I now have 6 doors with no holes. I believe that the error should have been caught while processing the order - why would I order some doors with no holes? I was told that it would be too difficult to verify every order. To me, it would be common sense to have someone check with me about an obvious oversight.

Terrible service. Amateurish website provides inaccurate description, and offshore customer service is non-existent, and not helpful. Buy anywhere else, this place is an online scam.

It was easy to find the parts I needed on website.
Could of been a bit quicker with shipping. The shipping took longer than what I was told.

It took me 3 attempts to get the correct hinges
1/ The illustration online, and the order receipt illustration showed a screw on hinge in photo, but it was actually a logica mount.
2/ The hinge choose "app" applies only to standard thickness doors (3/4") -my doors were antique lumber 7/8ths thickness .
3/ Returns: I duly applied for a returns authorization label, packaged the hinges and drove to my local Fedex store-admittedly the order was only $38.82-I just received a refund of $21.Not a generous amount ,considering I pointed out a misleading photo on their website.
Bottom line -Be absolutely sure you are ordering the hinges you need,don't necessarily trust the hinge finder app, and be aware that the returns policy for small orders is not overly generous. Otherwise the prices are very good , and the delivery time acceptable

I did find the part I needed and ordering process was fairly straightforward, but one thing spoils the overall experience - delivery. Ordered on Thursday morning, promised delivery by Monday and charged for the FedEx delivery, I only received the package on Friday. All the time there was no accurate information from FedEx, promised delivery date kept changing, package seems to have been stuck somewhere half-way with no updates. Perhaps not the company (CabinetParts) fault, but perhaps it is the rate they negotiated or whatever deal they have with FedEx that causes all the delays?

I called cabinet parts needing help with ordering cabinet doors. Questions were answered, I placed the order. Doors were delivered ahead of schedule and in perfect condition.

My experience was seamless from order to delivery. Communication was perfect from order , shipping, tracking and delivery. Product was delivered safe and sound and on time.
