Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion

Is there a no star! I wish I’d read the reviews before I used them from Malaga airport to Estepona. I’d paid upfront for a return for my husband and 10 yr old for quite a late pick up. Their flight was going to be v delayed so I went on line to try to update my booking. I accidentally cancelled the booking, then phoned them IMMEDIATELY to tell them my mistake and it was like talking to a brick wall. Basically I could only rebook and pay the return fare again(€160!) as they couldn’t reinstate my first booking. There really was no talking to them. I asked to speak to the guys supervisor and was left holding on for ever. Eventually I hung up, tried the number again and there was no answer. We’d to book and pay for another return with an on the ground Taxi firm. I was ready for tears, such shameful customer service response. Can’t believe companies can get away with this. It was obviously a mistake, I phone them a few mins after I accidentally cancelled. But obviously the computer says “no”. I’m going to continue to pursue this. I live in Dublin and believe this company operate out if Tallagh in Dublin.

Excellent driver Lucio

Used cabforce to book transfer from Rome airport to hotel. Driver Lucio was excellent, very friendly and waited for us when our flight was delayed. Also gave tips on where to go and waited for us when there was an issue with our hotel Highly recommend

do not use,could not find them in the…

do not use,could not find them in the airport on arrival and despite various phone calls to arrange a pick up time the day before departure and assurances they had our pick up confirmed they didnt turn up and we had to get the metro to the airport

We needed to change the time to an…

We needed to change the time to an earlier time so we contacted the company the day before and gave them the correct time for pick up and the flight number, but they failed to turn up at the correct time and we had to pay for a taxi to the airport!!

Dont Use !!!!

Pre paid fro a transfer from Barcelona airport, had conformation from the company and everything. Got to the airport and no transfer there. After calling 2 numbers that didn't work and managed to get through on the 3rd they said that they couldn't find the booking, after a 15 min call telling them we have a booking they finally send a driver after waiting around for an hour. Then to top it all off our flight got cancelled and they wouldn't change or refund the money back for the transfer. Honestly don't use this company

Worst transfer ever!!!

Worst transfer ever received! Company we booked through organised wrong pick up times. Arrival the driver stayed five minutes and moved on. We then had to wait an hour for someone else to pick us up. The person who did, was an awful driver, and threw our bags around. Departure, we called the day before to confirm time to be told that it was organised for when we were due to fly. Absolutely awful service through! Customer services were rude, putting the phone down on us multiple times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Really impressed by the price and the…

Really impressed by the price and the service. Instead of winding around several resorts dropping people off taking hours we were met at the Airport by a smart driver in a very comfortable car and driven straight to the hotel It worked out cheaper than the usual transfers and was faster and more comfortable. It's the only way to travel.

Avoid this company at all costs

Booked a transfer for 6 people from Malaga airport. Driver showed up in a normal car for 4 people and said he would have to do 2 trips. Annoying but that was just the start of the ordeal. 1.5 hours later, half our party was still waiting for the driver to return (hotel was 15 minutes from the airport). After numerous calls to see what was going on, an obnoxious lady on the phone said “if you don’t like it you can get a taxi.” Subsequent phone calls from our mobile were then ignored. Ended up paying another 26 Euro for a taxi to our hotel. We had to make our own arrangements to get us to the airport for our return flight as we had zero confidence a car would even turn up. Avoid this company at all costs as you will just end up out of pocket.

Don't Use Cabforce

Turned up late and in a car instead of a minibus. couldn't fit us all in so abandoned half our party at the airport.
They tell lies when you call them , or cut you off if there's an issue,
Will never use this company again.

DON’T BOOK WITH CABFORCE! No show and lies...

Due to pick up our transfer from Salzburg airport to city today and it didn’t show. Called local supplier who was not at the office so didn’t have any information which was unhelpful. Called Cabforce direct to be told that they couldn’t get hold of local supplier, despite myself having no problem. Called the local supplier HRI limousine and transfers who said the driver had been stuck in traffic and was on his way, by this time we had waited over an hour. We were asked to wait a little longer, we did, no taxi turned up. I called HRI again and he said that cabforce had cancelled the pick up! We ended having to take alternative transport despite already having paid Cabforce. Awful level of service and clearly just blames others when it all goes wrong, we were lied to and ended up wasting an 90 minutes at the airport. My advice is don’t book with these people use a reliable company.

Professional and Efficient Service

Driver was waiting for us with a placard. Helped us load the luggage on to the minibus and got us safely to the hotel. When departing a fellow driver again was very hospitable, helping us load and unload the luggage counting the bags just in case we left something behind and arrived five minutes ahead of schedule. Would recommend this service.

Top quality and price. WAY better than regular taxis.

I've used cabforce quite a few times now and am amazed at how they provide such good quality taxi services from Heathrow - and beat the regular metered taxis hands down on price. When I travel on business, I use their business product which - while being slightly more expensive than the metered taxis from Heathrow - is worth the premium for the free wifi and pure luxury! Big thumbs up for me - just wish they had an app.

I had a cab booked to the airport at …Charles de Gaulle

I had a cab booked to the airport at 12.30 for a return flight home . I received a text at 11.30 telling me my cab would be with me at 12.30 . I waited in hotel reception only to get another text at 12.30 to tell me the driver had been involved in an accident and they couldn’t replace there driver or cab . This left me in a pickle to get another cab sorted . Surly they could have found another taxi even it was another firm out of curtiousy . I was lucky other people may not be so . It seemed like they conned me . Don’t know yet how easy it will be to get a refund can imagine very hard

Car never showed

Car never showed despite being pre-paid. Customer service was terrible and no help. They just said we could order and pay for a new transport. We almost missed our flights. Will not recommend to anybody!

Can't Fault Them

Booking online was simple. Payment process was simple. They were located exactly where they said they would be. We waited less than 10 minutes for our driver. Everyone was friendly and the driver was very nice. Journey was smooth and without any problems as she made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Car was in good condition with lots of leg room and they even provided bottles of water. Got to our destination without any trouble. Great purchase.

Was unable to cancel my return booking …

Was unable to cancel my return booking with cabforce in Portugal.When I went to manage booking it said the booking was not recognised.Was given 3 separate numbers and rang them.None of them would cancel my return booking.Lost the price of the return booking.Disgusted at your service.
Would strongly recommend not booking with Cabforce.

Left stranded by Cabforce

I am a woman travelling alone who was left stranded by cabforce in Cologne, Germany because despite having my flight number they failed to track delays and inform my driver even though the website suggested this is what they do. They refused to send another driver and I am now waiting for a refund which could take up to 20 days if I even get it. I will never use this company again and recommend that others don't.

Letdown

Had arranged transfers to and from Porto airport. On arrival driver was there to pick us up. 5 stars for that driver as he found our accommodation, which wasn't the easiest to find, then he waited until someone arrived to let us in. Great pick up service. Only negative thing is I got a text on the 17th to tell me what time my pick was on the 16th so the text was a day late.

The return service not so good. Had entered on the website that my flight time was 9pm so I expected an email or text a day or two before to confirm pick up time. I didn't receive either so I sent an email. I got a weird email back that did not give me the details I needed so I emailed again. I didn't get a response. I didn't want to risk missing my flight so we just got the metro. Then at 8pm I got a text to inform me my pick up was at 9pm. Not much use given that our flight was at 9pm and we were already at the departure gate. Will go back to using Hoppa or A2B for transfers from now on as they have never let us down.

Driver didn't turn up and no refund …

Driver didn't turn up and no refund provided

I booked a car using CarTrawler/ Cabforce and via the Eurostar website. The car was supposed to pick us up from Gare du Nord on 19 August to take us to Paris Montparnasse Railway Station for a connecting train which was departing 60 mins later. We waited for 20 mins and the the driver still had not turned up so we had to get a normal taxi from the taxi rank instead. When I tried to phone to ask where the driver was, I was connected to a pre-recorded message. I was extremely annoyed about the driver's failure to appear as I had specifically pre-booked the taxi through CarTrawler/ Cabforce as due to the tight transfer time and we were in real danger of missing our connecting train as a result of this terrible lack of service from CarTrawler/ Cabforce .

Nonetheless I was still charged for the trip which had not been provided. I have lodged a complaint and request for refund through both Cartrawler and Eurostar and have not even received an answer from either.

I am extremely dissatisfied and would recommend that CarTrawler/ Cabforce should be avoided at all costs.
