I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered from this ‘company’. You are at your own risk. If you order from them, men’s sizes are actually boy sizes. Trying to return something, easier to break into Fort Knox. What a joke. I’ll give them this though, slick marketing.
It is a scam:
- first you suppose the items comes from Germany, because on the site is very clear 'Based in Berlin'
Wrong: come from China, Shenzhen
- second they say delivery in 3-7 days
Wrong: delivery in 2 weeks
- third: 30 days return policy, means you have to return by your cost in China not in Germany, and after 10 working day if everything it is ok (packaging, labeling, products), you will have the money in your account? The cost of returning a dress Basel to Shenzhen = 36 Euro. The dress was 52 Euro
- products looks as a Temu products, but double priced
Hi everyone I have a story to tell abouth this Caay first and foremost they do still high end fashion and paste in there websites then after that when I saw a nice evening dress on sale was like let me order one guy what arrived was a shock to me trust me the dress on sale when I opened the plastic package I was hit bye a smell of plastic chemicals on my face that nor enough the dress was cripline terrible design and couldn’t feet me I contacted a customer service staff and until today am still waiting for my refund from them we need to report them cause PayPal is still investing the case let me share the picture of what I order vis what I recieved
I bought two shoes for 95 euro. I wear eu 44 but I ordered 45. But they are still small and very uncomfortable and smell like plastic and chemicals. And they don't cover the coste to return it. I'm in germany and have to pay 26 euro to send them back to China! That was my worst purchase in the last years.
I really hope this post keeps everyone from buying at this fake shop!
