I was promised a refund for unused sessions and I never received it, even after multiple phone calls and emails. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

one of the worst decisions we made this is one of the worst tutoring school
after 44 hours of tutoring they told us that my daughter have no chance to get the score she need to get to ivy league school.we decided to leave them and after 30 days of studying in her own she scored 1510 in the her 1st practice exam.
this school is complete rip off they charged me $4300 for 44 hours
be aware they will tell you any thing to get you to sign the most hours no never deliver what they promise. their communication is zero.

I am currently trying to resolve payment/refund with C2. I have called, sent emails, and text messages. I am not getting any assistance and I am being told that the refund price is different than the agreed price. C2 has changed the agreed instruction terms and has voided the offering we agreed to. I am hoping for assistance with this to resolve, but no help is being provided. If they are going to continue this bad business practice, I would not recommend C2. They are quick to get your money, but unwilling to refund overcharges, and violate their own Refund Policy. I am not happy at all how they are treating me & my daughter.

C2Education in Stamford has been such a wonderful experience for our son and family. He looks forward to going and most importantly is learning a great deal. We have seen a big improvement in his grades and attitude. Susan in the Stamford office is amazing to work with and truly cares about Thomas' success. They have been very responsive during the Coronavirus outbreak offering the virtual sessions which we start next week. Thomas is excited to get back to his sessions with the wonderful tutors there!

Cheats! They sold me a package of hours, and then closed the office. Refused to refund the hours, and said I should be grateful that they are "allowing" me to transfer the hours to a new location that is miles away, and not convenient for my kids to go to. Stay far away from them--management is untrustworthy.

My daughter was enrolled in an SAT prep course, in the Spring of 2019, at the Nanuet, NY location. Stupidly, I paid in full (at a "discounted rate"), and signed a contract. Lori, the sales coordinator, made a statement that they "guarantee" their scores. An increase in scores is an implied goal; I didn't sign my daughter up for this program to have the same scores she had for her PSAT. Any person in their right mind knows that. In fact, according to College Board (the main resource for college bound students), one can expect to increase their scores from their PSAT to SAT by 115 points, using a free resource such as Khan Academy. Surely, one could expect AT LEAST the same results from a pricey, so called education center. I paid C2 four thousand dollars in advance, and my (honor student) daughter yielded NO increase from her PSAT score, after 20 + hours of tutoring service (at $80/hour). There was no feedback prior to the SAT. All the staff at C2 was able to do was regurgitate "according to the contract you signed..." We are in a time where parents will go above and beyond to help their children achieve. Again, an increase in score is implied. I was initially offered a laughable 15 percent refund. I escalated it as much as my mental health could tolerate, and ended up with a 35 percent refund. In the end I am still out almost three thousand dollars....FOR NOTHING. There are other programs who offer a money back guarantee. I wish I would have done more research. RUN.

They're so helpful and nice, they've improved my learning experience so much and have helped me get better in many different subjects.

Our 4 kids go to C2, they are the best!!!we had the best experience with our son who’s a Senior at Conestoga High school, also, with our daughter who’s a junior.Now, our two fifth graders are also joining the experience of learning and getting prepared at c2!!

My daughter had a good tutoring experience at C2. She received encouragement and advice targeted to her needs. She improved her SAT score by over 100 points!

C2-Tutoring Monrovia CA is very unprofessional. They kept trying to sell me a package for over 4k. I wanted to first see if my daughter would like it and paid for the one hour rate for $105.00 for a couple of days and pretty much I was better off with a private tutor. They made sure i understood that the hourly rate (one teacher per 3 student) is not what they like! that they even told me. It was so much more that I am not getting into now. I advise you to check prices and contract first.

C2 has helped me so much not only with improving my SAT scores, but also by managing my grades. When I started coming to C2, all my subjects I was having trouble with such as pre-calculus and physics, went up by a letter grade. The teachers interact with the students and provide hands on help, explaining things thoroughly. Overall, C2 has been a great help in preparing me for college and my future.

Regarding SAT prep, program most definitely works. My daughter already went up 100 points on the Math portion and she is not finished preparing yet. Also the staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and showed a sincere personal interest in my daughter -
e.g. proactively researching the colleges she is interested in and giving sound advice on the application process. I would highly recommend C2. We used the Doylestown, PA site, and again, the staff was fantastic.

We were surprised to learn that our niece, who is attending a private high school with very strong grades, scored below her ability on her first ACT. We knew that she had the smarts to do much better. The school offered no assistance in preparing for these tests. So, we decided to invest in helping her. There were many options but we chose C2 Education because we had heard many good things about the program and staff. Once we joined, we met regularly with Stacy and outlined a plan that worked within our budget to increase her ACT score. We were involved throughout the process and received updates. Our time, commitment and money, was well spent because her test scores increased from mid twenties to low thirties.
We are very pleased with the results and appreciative of the staff, Stacy and our niece who all put in the necessary hours. We highly recommend this program.

I highly recommend C2 in Vernon Hills, Illinois. With 30 hours of tutoring, my son was able to increase his ACT score by 4 points, I also believe the essay tutoring contributed to his increased score in English. Now he has a great shot at what we thought were reach schools, Thank you Sujin and team!

Enrolled my son with barely 3 weeks to the Agust 2019 SAT test. Within a week he was able to improve his assessment score by 200. On the actual SAT, his score was beyond my expectation. I am grateful to C2 for their individualized attention and for the very dedicated instructors. My son couldn't have accomplished this feat without C2. I am so grateful. Many thanks.

The worst experience with C2 at Marlboro, NJ.

We have been using this center for my two children for the past six month and it has been a great experience. My children worked mostly with two exceptionally qualified and good tutors, Art and Catherine, and we highly recommend them. Our children always say that the two hours session seemed like 20 minutes to them because it was enjoyable. We found that the skills that students learn here are useful beyond standardized tests and exams. C2 provide their own text books and curriculum and we have found them very useful.

C2 is worth your money if your child is already achieving a high score and you want the score to increase by a few more points (for example, go from 33 to 35 in ACT). Otherwise, you are better off with a private tutor who can provide a very personalized coaching improving on the weak areas. That’s my take on this after spending 100 hours. Carmen is amazing though. She is very patient and does an outstanding job scheduling the classes. She is the best!

I was very happy with C2 Education. I called with only six weeks before my daughter's AP Bio exam because she wanted to make sure she was prepared to get a 5. The tutor she had was wonderful and had a lot of helpful material for my daughter to use to study. The end of the story is that she did get a 5! We will be using C2 to prepare her for AP Chem this year, but we will start a lot earlier!
