Complete scam - gave my very obviously NEGATIVE test results an 'Inconclusive' rating because I didn't photograph it sitting on the back of the stupid form, which isn't at all obvious from the badly written instructions. This step should be unnecessary when you're using the app from the same smart phone you registered the test on. No support email or phone number as they obviously just don't want to know. Written leaflet tells me after an Inconclusive result I'll have to purchase another £15 test. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

What a scam.

Cannot access the company's web site to send the QR code as the web site will not access the camera to scan it. There is no other way to use the test. What a scam.
Item not fit for purpose. What happens now I am unable to prove the test result? There is no help on the web site and you cannot get in to the system till you scan the QR code.
What a total money making scam.
Do not use them. Another UK Gov and NHS approved scam.

Contacted them with all the info & the morons came back with EVERYTHING I HADE DONE already asking for the types of computer cameras used. Yeah! like we would know that $hite.
There is NO HELP at all.
This company & the NHS all think everybody uses smartphones connected to the internet. WE DON'T
I am going to request a refund of BOTH tests purchased & take this story to my MP & the media.
How many tory MP's have shares in this $hit fest of a company. ANOTHER backhander contract?

I paid £50 for a day 2 arrival test (via the list of testing companies on the gov.uk website). When I tried activating the test code, it wasn't recognised. The test tube had the wrong code! Via email they gave me another code and that was accepted.
Sent the test off on Friday morning, before 12 noon.
Saturday morning Royal Mail was unable to deliver the test. It was delivered on Monday morning.
It is now Wednesday and I have no result. Have tried requesting via email and was told after 20 minutes: I will look into it.
Now Wednesday evening and still no result.
I have a very bad feeling that this is a legal, government endorsed scam.

Do not use this company! They've had my test sample for a week but still no result! Good job I had to test again a few days later for my work and got a negative result. A total waste of £60! One star because the test package was received very quickly but absolutely zero service after that point.

Unfortunately we had problems with the delivery of our samples, because Royal Mail failed to deliver them in time. It meant that the results would have made no sense, as they would have been delayed for about 10 days.
The company was very understanding, and despite their policy rules the director himself decided to refund all paid amounts fully after request. This decision was quick and professional, we were very satisfied with the handling of this case.
The sample sent later - for the 8th day test - arrived correctly, and the results were made quickly and correctly.
Overall, I can only recommend this company, because they are supportive even if there are problems - which makes them really professional.
