Is BYU online high school course a SCAM?

Was recommended as a place for high school student to take online course to satisfy a requirement BUT THE WEBSITE IS SO AWFUL THAT I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM.

They took my $200, but my student can't access the course.

Their tech help page is broken BECAUSE THEY LET THEIR CERT FOR THEIR CAPTCHA EXPIRE. This is unbelievable. It's like the equivalent of driving with an expired license and expired registration and then running a red light.

The website is a hot mess.

Using google to search for tech help gets me to a page that INSTRUCTS ME TO PUT THE CD-ROM IN THE CD-ROM DRIVE (LOL)

I'm going to demand a refund, and if that fails I will deny the charge.
