Cesspool of a company

These guys are a sinking ship and they know it. No customer service just harassment when they make an error on their end and never respond when questioned on their mistakes just keep harassing customers that have never missed a payment claiming they missed a payment. They are so out of touch they can't even state how much is due since they app and website both show payments were always made and made 3 weeks early for over 2 years. They steal earned rewards and never offer an explanation for why, the pathetic list is clients is slowly dwindling month by month. The company financed a purchase through completely dropped them two years ago and I'm almost done with repayment even though they do not offer any partners that have anything worth buying or isn't a scam site with the exception of Josh's Frogs which should run for the hills if they want to maintain any form of credibility.

This company is a scam now and tried to squeeze their paying customers instead of thanking them for keeping them afloat for a long as this worthless company has existed, do not work with this sinking ship they do not care about the customer or are even willing to admit they messed up and are blaming the customers not their system. I have all the proof in the world that I have paid early every month for over 25 months and they still harass me instead of returning emails or contacting customers outside of automated responses. File complaints with your States Attorney and consumer protection agencies so these scum are fined out existence.

Scam Company

I went through this company to finance a purchase. After finished paying my account off in full I wanted to close my account because I did not intend on using them again. The customer support number they have is basically useless because it says looking for an agent however I have called over 30 times in the last 3 weeks and never gotten anything more than voicemail. I have left many voicemails as well as sent many emails to no avail. With the emails I get an automated response saying they are working on it but nothing more. I called Celtic bank as Tandyms website says that is who credit is issued through. However, Celtic bank informed me that they no longer do business with Tandym and have not for a long time. They also said they have no way to contact them either.
Update, I just found out this company went out of business 10 months ago. There is no info available on who now owns the debts, or how to have the accounts closed.

Horrible customer service

Service was great to pay off a bike. However I have spent 3 months trying to close my account no one will respond to my emails or phone calls. I would never use or recommend them again

Tandym is terrible

Tandym is terrible. Absolutely one of my top 3 worst experiences with a vendor. I would steer clear of using them. Not worth it. They do not answer the support email inbox, they do not answer the phone. They currently have over $300 of mine locked up and will not communicate and we are at or going on a month at this point.

do not use this company

do not use this company! made a purchase and started making my payments. they use plaid for adding your bank account. plaid is not being reported by banks as fraud so you can no longer add your bank account. i used the debit card method with tandym and they took money out of my account but did not credit it and still saying my payments are late. i try calling and email and i get nothing. i have reported this company to the BBB. i highly recommend to stay away from them!!!!

Was 5 star. Then it just went poof. No email. No notice. Partnership with brand just stopped. Contacted brand and they had no answer. Contacted Tandym and a week later still waiting to hear. Nice
