Hair falling, poor quality and customer service unhelpful - don't buy
I ordered 2 hair systems from Bysix. Their website looked good, trustable. Both started to lose their hair after 2 weeks and when I reported, the customer service was really unhelpful. Don't buy here!
The first hairsystem was a 0.03 mm. I thought it started losing hair because it is a more fragile system and has a shorter lifespan. It was not!
The second one was 0.07mm with 3-5 months lifespan (Micro HD). Again it started losing its hair after 2 weeks, leaving large patches on the front hairline. Unwearable.
I contacted customer service which was very unhelpful, and was trying to find all possible excuses to avoid taking responsibility ("the implantation is 70%, that's why patches appear more quickly" - yes, it's 70% but I expect it to be 70% for at least 3 months as stated on their website).
They are unreliable and unscrupulous. I've bought hairsystems from other companies and never had this type of issues. I am really disappointed. Don't buy here if you want to avoid losing money.

J'ai repris votre échange avec ma collègue au sujet de votre commande 6754 et malheureusement nous ne pouvons plus mettre en place de SAV après un certain délai. Je vois que la réception de votre commande s'est faite il y a plus de 4 mois. Au-delà d'un mois après la réception, nous ne pouvons valider d'échange ou de réparation je suis navré.
Nous travaillons constamment à l'amélioration de nos produits, et nous apprécions tous les retours et commentaires.
