The shampoo it´s ok but nothing special, i don´t like the taste of the gloss taste like detergent for dishes, products for tan are good, but for me these aren´t.

The mystery box was a bit disappointing for me.
The beautiful orange bag wasn’t included — it came in a plain black packaging bag. I was really expecting the pretty bag shown on the website.
The fulfillment was disappointing — most of the products were testers, and only two were full-sized.

I stopped going on subbed 2 months ago & normally after not having a bed for 3 weeks my face goes pale but after 6 weeks of having the jelly bears I still got a glow in my cheeks & I thats why I had another 2 bottles sent to me.

Terrible customer service
As long as the creams are nice as the customer service is a joke. These days having no landline is below the standard, time waiting for email respond is very long and most importantly whoever works there should go back to get some customer service training. They DO NOT care about you. They would never help you the way you wish and like to be treated, they do not take any responsibility for anything wouldn’t even say sorry.

Gummies waste of money
I contacted customer services to say the Gummies just don't work! They do not do as they advertise! They were not interested and accused me of not putting sun protection on !! They give the same reply to every complaint, and there is a lot! I have spent a lot of money with this company which I was pleased with the things I bought, but when something doesn't work they don't want to know. I wanted a refund but they ignored my request. They are harming their own reputation!

Super products, delivery was very fast!
I've ordered from Byrokko several times and it's always been a pleasant experience. The products are great and smell wonderful, but most importantly, they give you a beautiful tan very quickly. I just ordered again because I'm going on vacation and will be enjoying my beautiful tan! The products were delivered very quickly, within two days!
They now also have tanning products with SPF, which is absolutely fantastic!

Never includes free items offered.
Ordered lots from this company the products are great and delivery quick. However my last three orders were via invite to receive free gift and all 3 arrived with nothing. I won’t be ordering direct again sadly.
