the order was delivered to a shop instaed of our office, and we were not aware of the fact the package has been delivered to a pick-up point.
I ordered serval items for printing. On the website the cards were stated as black (or slate, but who in the Netherlands know what colour that is). The helpdesk employee also said they were black when I asked, but the cards were a shaded stone look instead of black. I had no use for them and tried to send them back, but they only offered to refund 75% of the original price and the return costs are also for the customer. So on a 70,- euro buy you 'lose' 20,- and pay transport twice.
B2B sales have different rights then B2C but they try to nail everything on the customer, so be aware!
I'll never shop here again. And their claim for 'Service, kwaliteit, prijs' doesn't pay off at all. Next time I'll pay 5 euros more and get the service i'd like doing business online...

Excellent service, with fast and accurate advice and shipping, definitely recommended. Unfortunately, UPS was once again responsible for unnecessary delays, incorrect deliveries, and incomplete shipments. Byposs tried to make up for this by sending the same order twice, and in the end everything was resolved after about five working days with a lot of time and patience

Easy to buy and delivery was fine.
Too bad there was no notice that the cartridge wasn’t included — we had to buy it separately. So we had to wait 2 days more till we could use the device.
Very strange company. They do not offer any support, sometimes you can try to reach them for weeks without ANY REPLY !
We ordered for more than 6.000€ and it has been weeks without knowing where our stuff is.
Stock showing order before 15.30, delivery next day. Took a week to get it in 2 different deliveries. Trackinh supplied was incorrect. Customer service clueless on what parcel coming to me.
Next time i’ll order elsewhere

Delivery times were several times not met. Also communication about tracking and tracing was missing, only provided for after several times asking for this.
I tried to return an item just 10 days after receiving it, and was told returns aren’t accepted after 7 days. That already felt unreasonable. After calling their helpdesk, an employee said they might be able to make an exception, but only if I paid an 18% fee, which came out to €250 for a return.
As a business customer, I understand that different rules apply, but this kind of policy feels more like a trap than fair practice. The return window was never clearly communicated, and the fee is completely disproportionate. The item was unused and in perfect condition.

Dont trust this company. Agreed ETA was 2 weeks from payment, but we have been waiting 1,5 month to receive. We have lost our customer and recieved a penalties because of that.

Goede poging om de verantwoordelijkheid in termen van beschikbaarheid bij de klant te schuiven.
Echter zijn wij als gemeentebestuur algemeen bekeken continu toegankelijk tussen 8u & 15u30 (ma-vr). Mijn dienst is dat tussen 7u45 & 16u15 (ma-vr).
Het aantal leveringspogingen die u aangeeft houdt bijgevolg geen steek en werd ook op geen enkel moment vermeld in het trackingsysteem. Ofwel is UPS niet eerlijk naar u toe ofwel is uw bedrijf dat niet ten aanzien van zijn klanten. Ik opteer voor de 2e optie mits UPS regelmatig leveringen uitvoert bij ons bestuur.
Enkele elementen uit het trackingcircuit die uw stelling resoluut tegenspreken:
- "On the way" op 15/7,
- "Out for delivery" op 16/7,
- "Delivered" ANTWERPEN op 16/7,
(- "Delivered" BRUSSELS op 16/7 (geüpdatete track),)
- Geen enkele track&trace update tussen 17 & 24/7,
- Mailrespons van één van uw medewerkers op 22/7:
"Volgens UPS zijn de goederen bij u persoonlijk afgeleverd",
- "Returning to Sender: The company or receiver name is incorrect. This will delay delivery. We're attempting to update this information. / The package will be returned to the sender" op 24/7,
- "Returned" Eindhoven op 28/7.
De "concrete" contacten met verschillende BY-Pos diensten en de creditnota kwamen pas na de 1 Ster Trustpilot review.
U hoeft in mijn gezicht en Trustpilot geen lomp excuus te gebruiken waarin u de klant in twijfel probeert te trekken en de schuld enigszins in zijn schoenen tracht te schuiven. Ik weet zeker dat er geen 5 pogingen plaatsvonden, zelfs geen enkele, en heb persoonlijk ondervonden dat de communicatiecapaciteit en de reactietijd van uw bedrijf zeer laag scoort.
32% van de reviews geven u 1 Ster, 5% 2 Sterren en 3% 3 Sterren hetgeen betekent dat 117 à 118 klanten uw bedrijf voor diverse redenen niet meer dan het gemiddelde gunnen. En ook vele van uw antwoorden op slechte commentaar getuigen van weinig respect en bedrijfsanalyse.
Het probleem ligt bij uw bedrijf, misschien handig om de zoektocht daar te starten.

By-Pos communicates little or not at all.
The order form was sent to the company by email on 4/7/2025.
Upon my own request by email on 10/7, I received an automatic order confirmation, followed by an automatic invoice and shipping confirmation (with tracking link) on 14/7.
Using the tracking link, I was able to check the delivery process from 11/7 onwards, noting that certain delivery details were changed on 14/7 and that the delivery took place on 16/7 in Antwerp instead of the Brussels region.
I reported this on 16/7 with a clear screenshot collage.
On 22/7, I received a short reply, from a real person this time, stating that according to UPS, the delivery had been handed over to me personally. I contested this statement the same day and attached the screenshots again. There was no further response.
On 25/7, I received an automatic review request, to which I sent a reminder email on 28/7 because I had received no response to my previous email(s) and had not received the delivery.
On 29/7, I received an automatic payment reminder, to which I again reported the non-delivery and, for convenience, attached the previous correspondence. I received no response to this.
When I now open the original tracking link, I can see that the package was returned to the sender on 24/7 due to incorrect company or destination information (although the information on the order form is 100% correct). By-Pos received the return shipment on 28/7, but I have not received any information since then.

I have ordered and paid a month ago, did not receive anything. Mistakes can happen, sure. I mailed them twice about it in the meantime, but did not even receive an answer! If nothing happens soon, I will have to sue
