It’s ok. There’s not really any more retailers on it than any other cashback / voucher scheme and the percentages of cashback are no better or worse.
It’s good that you get a card to use and can load up credit onto it to spend, but it’s missing two major things for me…
1. You should be able to use the card anywhere, regardless of whether you will get callback or not. Its a bit of an inconvenience to have to work out whether the shop that you’re in will accept the card at the till or reject it and you’ll end up missing out on a bunch of cashback because of this.
2. It should have an Apple / Google wallet option. At the moment you can only spend using the physical card.

What let's this card down is the complete lack of customer service. I have encountered nothing but issues with my card since receiving and you have rude customer services, who give basic, unhelpful information (e.g. if your PIN doesn't work ask the retailer to try another machine) and don't carry out actions (e.g. and incident wasn't raised on the, first call to them and only raised on the second, asked for call backs and they don't call back).

I still can’t use my card and as mentioned no body picks up the phone when you phone the numbers on the back of card

Overall pleased, the app doesn't work too well though. I can launch it and it will crash immediately. This will happen continuously, maybe on the 6th or 7th attempt I can use the app.

Good perk to have, just a shame you can only top up with a minimum of £25 each time. Would be great to be allowed to do smaller denomination

It’s very straight forward & easy to set up & use. The app is easy to navigate & after just a few weeks, I already have a nice cashback balance.
The list of retailers is good.
The only thing that I didn’t realise when I set it up was that you can ONLY use the card to pay at those retailers.

Horrible - not worth as a work benefit at all. Check out the hidden fees including minimum spend per month, fees to close the account - plus the nonexistent customer service when my card was lost and they do not replace it, so they are holding on to my outstanding balance all the while charging me a monthly non usage fee!
The don't have many of your most used retailers, and the ones they do, pay a paltry fee! Balance this against their charges and non-existent customer service and it really is not worth it. It's so much worse if something goes wrong on your account and you need help - you won't get any! I challenge you to try and find an email address for this operation! Grr!!!!
I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled on this particular service. If you don't believe me, take a look at the number of 1 star reviews this product has. Don't look at the overall start rating averaged out - look at all the negative reviews and decide for yourself.
Stay well away from this predatory product!! :( Don't touch it with a 100 foot a bargepole. And for companies looking to include this in your benefits - don't!!

The fact that o consistently have to reset my password because almost every other time it won’t let me us Face ID is unbelievably annoying. Why have the function if you can only use it once in a blue moon ? It drives me crazy !

Very few retailers. No Apple Pay.
Issues with purchasing online sometimes.
The retailers they have got, good cashback amount.

This is little more than a cash back debit card with limitations on where it can be used. It may be good if you live on your own and use it for grocery shopping but in a joint account house hold they are mostly useless. I use mine just for infrequent big purchases.

So many shops where you can get 10% off.
It's very good for younger persons

Great savings in shops, supermarkets & businesses that we actually use. Easy top up and simple discount process. Had for a couple years now and saved a lot of money.
