I have been trying to get an answer from ByoJet for the past two days with no response. My flight was cancelled by the airline, and they offered a new time that does not work for me. Despite multiple attempts via email and calls, ByoJet’s support has been unable to propose any alternatives or help at all. This lack of communication and assistance is very disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress.
I expected timely support, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I hope ByoJet addresses this issue and improves their customer service.
I don’t know where I have to call or send an email to get help with my return flight . :(( please help

TerRIBLE experience. At the airport when checking in we found out that our final destination wasn’t booked by BYOJET- so You get on the plane and You already know that You will be stack on the airport. Helpless customer service- impossible to contact them and when finally someone answers you hear “no worries. We’ll see what we can do. But that’s it- no help, no explanation. Travelling from Australia to Europe for over 20 years and BYOJET WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

A reliable travel company. We have used them several times. The only problem is that the itinerary and electronic tickets will take 3 to 5 days to be available. Other aspects are all fine.

Horrific customer service.
Received change of flight to confirm, confirmed said flight took a month to get back to me saying they would confirm and reissue tickets. That was in January. Trip is a week away and after 6 emails, messages and over 3 hours on call waiting I have still not heard back.
Update- Managed to get through on Phone, told me my tickets would be emailed with in 12 hours. that was 3 days ago.

Straight forward website, easy to use, and got the E-ticket really quickly!!! This is way better than another company we have used. Hence would book again with this place again.

I paid extra for seats, and they were not booked with the airline. Support is very slow to reply to emails and even after a week, they still have not booked the seats I paid for. I could have just booked the seats directly with the airline after I made the booking, at least I would get what I paid for. UPDATE 30/3/2026 - I spent over 2 hours on hold due to the War in the Gulf, the person could not help me, only pass my request on to another team. I guess that team is also extremely busy. Still no reply to my email. It is now over two weeks since I booked and paid $730 extra for specific seats and they still have not booked the seats with the airline. I will be lucky if those seats are still available. Do not choose seats with BYOJet, book your tickets and select the seats with the airline direct.

Very GREAT experience, booked a flight at great price. Their system is to confirm the booking on their website first and then send you the airline eticket/confirmed booking. They say the timing between these 2 is up to 7-day, for me was about 2hr.

Please do not make the mistake we made of booking with them. We have upcoming travel and they have rescheduled our flights I believe 2-3 times now. I have been calling, on the live chat trying to get through to anyone for WEEKS. No response the calls either dropout after hours of waiting and the same for the live chats. We want to reschedule our flights or possibly apply for a refund that we are entitled to but cannot get through to anyone! Please if anyone from BYOjet can assist!!!!!!!

This is a scam company. took my money and didn’t actually book the ticket. tried calling them from airport, on hold for over an hour with no answer. got refund via paypal in the end. Do not give these people your money!!!

Cancelled my connection flight without informing me. I had to pay four times more and book new ticket, pay for my accommodation.
Their office is closed in Melbourne, they don't answer their phone, they send you email noreply....so you can't reply to them, it is one way communication.

Easy to use and great prices , and goes down hill from there.
Very poor service after you book your tickets. Paid $271.00 for seat selection on checkout. Soon as you complete your check out you receive an email from the avio service providers telling you that you need to select your seats. After calling Singapore Airlines they confirmed that no seats were selected for us.
Tried emailing and calling numerous times but no answer from BYO.
As there were 3 of us flying I had to select seats directly through the airlines and ended paying additional $150.00
Biggest con, don’t book any seats even if they are complimentary as you will be charged at check out.

Most expensive few dollars I've ever tried to save. My Flight got cancelled by the airline due to the Iran nonsense. You'd think that would be cut and dry and they'd just return the money. You'd be wrong.
There customer service is to use a utterly crap web chat. You'll wait for hours and then, when they do respond, you get 3 minutes to reply. If for any reason you're not glued to your screen for 8/9 hours then it back of the queue for you. Utter scum.
