I ordered shoes on this on-line store

I ordered shoes on this on-line store. It took them 2 weeks to be delivered (they came from China). The shoes did not fit. I have been in contact with the store by email to return them. They reply to e-mails in 3 to 5 working days. I could not get anyone on the phone.

By email, first they offered me a "deal" so that I don't have to return the shoes.

Then they asked for photo's of the shoes and the package. They sent me the address where to return the package. It is in China and I have to pay upfront.

They requested to include the invoice in the package to be reimbursed, but there was no invoice in the package I received. I requested it and I am still waiting for it. I ordered the shoes the 29th of September.

So, I will never order on this store again.
