Everythink is perfect

They send me really quality products! My skin has improved a lot thanks to them! And they are always available to help me or solve any problem!!

No delivery

I ordered 10 days ago, and the status is still registered. When will the order be delivered?

Thank you for reaching out! 🙏🏻 Usually, during the beginning of the shipment, the tracking status doesn't update because the parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden to Italy. The tracking will only update once the parcel arrives in Italy and is handed over to the local carrier. 🚛

The monthly box delivery keeps getting…

The monthly box delivery keeps getting later and later every month. I have not received my November box (today is the 29th of November) and I've already paid for the December box. Something should be done to get the boxes out earlier in the month. I keep hoping to receive the box on time.

Bad experience - Italy

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with goodie, though I gave several chances. Where to start...
The welcome box was okay, not great but ok. Even if I would not use half of the products.
The second box was awful (I saw it online before its delivery), so I decided to cancel my subscription when it arrives. But I was charged for the third box even before the second one arrived. Okay... but after 20 days of waiting for the 3rd box I contacted support (and waited 7 days for their answer) they told me that the currier lost it and they refunded money (thank you for that).
Another super negative moment is a delivery. You are waiting eternity (apr. 20-25 days!!!) and it is not free of charge! They do not deliver at home, but to some lockers, that are not so widely spread so I have to drive to another town to take it.
I also had a separate order from their shop where they had misleading info about the shipping: it was saying 2-5 business days and home delivery. I was waiting for 2 weeks (10 business days) and guess what! I have to drive to another town again to take it, as it arrived at the same locker.

The idea they had was good, but unfortunately it does not work for me.

Regarding the delivery, we're truly sorry that we cannot offer home delivery in Italy at the moment. We understand that having to pick up your box from a locker, especially in another town, is far from ideal. We’re also sorry to hear about the confusion with your separate order’s shipping information—we’ll work on clarifying this better in the future.

As for the welcome box, we want to mention that the contents can actually be seen before purchase, so you can know what to expect. And about the third box payment, sometimes if a cancellation is made too close to a scheduled payment day, the payment might still go through. However, the next payment date is always visible in your member universe to help you plan accordingly.

We deeply regret that we couldn’t provide the experience you were hoping for, but we truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us work on the areas that need improvement. Thank you again for giving us a try, and we hope we can do better in the future.
