Never Received
Cool looking product (magnetic bookmark) and decent price. Unfortunately, my tracking stalled out somewhere between China & California almost 3 weeks ago and they haven't sent me a replacement OR a refund.
I reached out to customer service and didn't hear back. Then I got the "hope you love your product" email, requesting that I not leave a bad review but go directly through him.
I replied and heard back, but have yet to receive a solution. What was more frustrating, though, was that they had a "leave a review" link in that email that only took me to their website, where there was no place to leave a review.
I can't know for sure, but it definitely feels like they're hiding behind layers of annoyance to keep people from leaving real feedback for poor service.
