This company is great, they kept my informed all the way by text email and even a phone, and the 2 guys that delivered were very polite and helpful they even asked where I would like the parcel, they also called about 23 mins to let me they were not far away, the box was damaged but they did say they had checked and all was there.

Not the best. Delivery was scheduled for the Monday, they showed up and searched the lorry but our chair was not on that delivery. It was rescheduled for the next day but the link in the text I had would not work to confirm delivery. It was rescheduled again for today between 15:00-18:00 today. I did not receive a text to confirm the delivery would arrive and it didn’t arrive until 18:45. The delivery guys seemed liked they really wanted to drop and go as quickly as possible. He asked me if I had a build included and I told him yes. The chair was unboxed and carried through, bashed quite a few times on the way through the house to the garden. I had paid for fitting as it was a section for a corner lounger. He said he was just delivering and rushed off very quickly without fitting. Not a good experience unfortunately.

The delivery was within the Time Slot and we were contacted 20 minutes before delivery and the delivery guys were very professional and did a perfect job .
We would highly recommend this delivery company.

Efficient and prompt delivery.

I was informed by the company which day my delivery would be made by email and a a phone call, the driver then called me when they were nearby. Helpful and cheerful delivery people, who could ask for anything more.

Kept well informed. No call 30 mins before delivery as stated. Driver said he had been "too busy". This was a 2 man team. Err surely the 2nd man who isn't driving can make these calls. Bye way needs to know

Only 1 delivery person. I paid for a 2 person delivery, i had to help carry the heavy items in, having already had a heart bypass op and a weak heart. Cheap customer service

Arranging delivery and assembly was 'challenging' but the two guys that came were really professional, polite and helpful and so far it appears to be a a really good job!! (They've literally just left our house in their truck!!).

Cancelled our bed delivery 30 mins before it was due stating a medical emergency
Not at all happy as we emptied the room as we could see on the tracking it was on the way.
Now due Monday so not too bad.

Communication given on time they would arrive which was very helpful, clean and tidy, left furniture all assembled and instructions given how to raise and lower table.

The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. Left the items where I requested and on time. Thank you to them both.

The bed is good quality and looks sturdy once assembled. Delivery was on time and everything arrived well packaged. However, there was an issue with the slats—they were slightly bigger than the bed frame, which made assembly difficult. This needs better quality control. Overall, I’m happy with the bed itself, but the sizing error was disappointing.
