BYDFi is the first app to break me into the world of crypto trading. I couldn’t even read candle charts and had no idea what I was doing but the tutorials and the futures trading with new user rewards made me a lot more comfortable and before I knew it I was FLYING into the world of crypto. I now have over $500 in investment spread out over multiple platforms and a NFT that has daily returns. It’s an absolute pleasure to now be so familiar with crypto.

I enjoy Bydfi, although I do believe there are some issues with the UI that needs some upgrades but overrall I like the exchange.

BYDFI is by far may favorite exchange! And if I ever need help I get someone with in minute not hours or days.

I have been using ByDFI for the past few years at least after the binance platform disruptions. I have to say simple, better, more efficient and gets updated more often.

Deposits and withdrawals were faster, I do believe similar if not more options and methods to invest.

First to see Ai capabilities as I haven't went back to binance after ByDFI.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST TRADING PLATFORM—BETTER THAN BINANCE

This exchange gives me Binance vibes but of course not as big. Sometimes it leaves much to be desired, at times i get upset and paranoid that the prices are manipulated. Any time there are extreme price fluctuations i have cross referenced this with two other exchanges AND the trading view app on a seperate device because of course the trading view chart is used by bydfi. Any time the price fell sharply on bydfi it would also fall on coinbase and kraken. So unlese they all conspired to help manipulate data to liquidate their customers, which i would find extremely unlikely. The prices they show are legitimate. The bottom line, trading with leverage is risky, if you lose money it is your fault. Nobody put a gun to your head and said go 200x LONG!

Best futures for USA imo

This is by far the best platform I've used since crypto.com I'm really enjoying the rewards and easy trade and investment. Easy peasy Japanesey... I mean lemon squeezy.

Customer service is terrible here, I received Amanda who took so long to respond I assumed she had moved on. It was 5 minutes or more between questions for her to respond then asks the same question over and over with no help to me to get my coins off the site. Worthless.

BYDFI hunted down my XRP liquidation price in futures M-COIN on October 10th 2025. My liquidation price was $1.26 and the scam wick on BYDFI only on this infamous date reached exactly $1.26
This is not a coincidence. This was definitely fixed to rob me of my XRP. It was a 2x leverage trade. Scandalous. Daylight robbery. This exchange obviously has low liquidity, so watch out.
