Unbelievably slow delivery
Unbelievably slow delivery. Their website said 2–4 days, but it took 7 DAYS. I have no idea if it was the courier’s fault or just their own incompetence. Meanwhile, I could have just ordered from Amazon and had it in a day. I was trying to save money with free shipping, but honestly, with Amazon I would’ve gotten it in 1–2 days max. The package was sent from Dorsten to Cologne but somehow ended up near Koblenz before being rerouted back to Cologne. Seriously? Why go past Cologne just to return to it?On top of that, their "new customer" discount code didn’t even work. Total waste of time for a used product. Never again.

I ordered an electric blanket
I ordered an electric blanket. The package came with damages, the blanket came in a plastic bag, as if the blanket has already been used.
I have tried to give back the package to get my money back, but they are dismissing my messages and are not giving me the return details to send the package back.
Please do not buy anything from them. They will probably scam you and you will get a damaged product without any guarantee
