Very comfy and warm
Ordered a small and it came perfect size, it’s very difficult to get the sizing right on oversized hoodies but this is perfect. The tracksuit is very comfy and also keeps you really warm. 9/10

Customer service isn’t so great I contacted the company and still haven’t got back from them, it takes like forever for them to get in touch with me and help me deal with my situation.

It’s a three because it’s comfortable, but I ordered a tracksuit over a year ago and it didn’t come so I got a gift card refund and I’ve been waiting for them to come back in stock to reorder and it’s been over a year since the trousers have been in stock and these weren’t even the trousers I wanted to get my boyfriend so I don’t even know if he’s satisfied with it. A bit annoyed that I got a gift card instead of a refund!
