I used to like this company. They accepted PayPal which made everything so much easier. Delivery would take several weeks, but the products were always authentic. A few months ago, their website was down for a while and, once back in business, they no longer accepted PayPal. Now, you have to use Revolut or Bitcoin. Neither works for me. My bank rejects payment with Revolut and says the identify of the recipient cannot be verified. Maybe it is because of the introduction of the ’Verification of payee’ system in the EU. Anyway, I now need to find a new supplier. A shame about PayPal.

In July I placed two orders for two types of product. One was for 4 (lev) and the other, 3 (li). The package with the 4 arrived within the stated timeframe for delivery and the one with the 3 took a little longer to be despatched and subsequently arrive. I have been using this site for years now and have never been let down and never had an issue. Please allow the seller ample time to order your product in and ship it out to you. This is not a scam site and never has been. Just be patient with them.

Wish I'd read the latest reviews before ordering. I have used them previously and never had any issues but this time the tracking number shows as ordered and waiting for the courier to collect. Its been like that since mid June. They aren't responding to emails either.

They have stopped working in the past year. They take your money but will not ship your order. The last time I placed an order, they sent me false tracking info, so it took me a few weeks to realise I had been fooled. I want to warn others. I don’t know what happened to this company, but they can no longer be trusted. I have had problems with my three latest orders and will not be using them again.

I think they have gone out of business. Their website is still there, but my latest order got stuck in ’payment pending’ mode and the order before that was cancelled. If they have gone out of business, why not just shut the website down? It’s a shame as I used them for years with no problems. Delivery was slow, granted, but all you had to do was place a new order at least six weeks before you ran out. I hate not having any options anymore.

This is a genuine, if basic, website that sells genuine products.

I've ordered from them three times now, and each time I have happily received my order of genuine thyroid medication.

The latest order took just over three weeks to arrive. It does state when you order that the processing takes time and that it will take a little while to receive the tracking information. In a world of instant shopping and delivery, it's hard to be patient. But the tracking and the order turn up eventually.

I bought medication from this seller about 10 days ago, and there has been no response at all. The status of the order on their website is still 'Pending Payment,' despite completing the payment via PayPal 10 days ago. I've emailed them several times, but there has been no response whatsoever. It looks like they are scammers. I would not recommend using this source. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I am giving this company 5 stars because I thought I had been ripped off. My package started it's journey fine then it reached a sorting facility in Germany & sat there for for 1 month all but 1 day. Then suddenly it started to move again once it got out of the mail sorting facility in Frankfurt. I would not have believed it if I had not seen it for myself. I had read that Frankfurt was a nightmare but honestly it's a joke. If you are going to order from here, order well in advance & just be patient is the best advice I can offer.

Still no sign of item over a month after ordering. Have now ordered elsewhere (was here in 4 days), so weather it comes now or not, I will not be ordering again. If its legitimate, its a pointless service given the timescales for anybody that requires medication. Otherwise this looks very much like a scam. I'm in the UK.

We are spoiled with Amazon these days - great communications and speedy delivery. BuyT3 is neither - but the price is right and the T3 does arrive several weeks later and at a great price. I have ordered twice so far.

Second order placed. It takes forever to arrive. Don't waste your money on the 8-12 days delivery option. It's nonexistent.
My order was placed 15th November, with the quicker delivery option. Tracking says it's still in Germany (15/12/22). Hopefully it will turn up in the new year!

Takes a while to come but otherwise reliable.

This is a great service to thousands of people like me who suffer from low thyroid function in the UK but a prevented from obtaining T3 on the NHS. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I was kept informed every step of the way. The package arrived via Royal Mail in good condition.

I have send them an email to ask for any tracking information and it was few days ago. Still don't have any answer. Hope it is not a scam.

I've been purchasing from these guys continuously for 3 years now and I've always received my order. My last order I made a mistake which I only noticed after my payment had gone through, but they replied and sorted it quickly. It's loads cheaper than the UK! Very grateful for the service :)

Ordered 3 times and received item every time. Postage is a bit slow but it has always arrived. Much cheaper than the U.K.!
