Brilliant website , customer service excellent and delivery was great

The shed is really poor quality. It is the same composition and build of fence panelling. The main floor supports were warped by water damage and physically damaged. The wood was splitting. I contacted the company by telephone and told them. They agreed to send out replacement panels which they did in fairness, but they sent two side panels in error. I will never order from this company again. A really sub-standard product at any price.

The roof didn’t fit properly which couldn’t be secured down as unable to lean on it to put the screws in, the chipboard was approx 1cm deep so as it wasn’t sturdy or secure my builder had to make the shed more sturdy ie (roof) by using sections from old 10x8 shed which was in fact made of timber as this one allegedly was, the doors don’t fit and bow with huge gap neither to they close properly so some one could push it in even with the yale lock they provided. I’ve contacted customer services and they claim that now I’ve protected it from the rain and added bits to make the roof sturdy the warranty is void they claim it should be sturdy yet you cannot put anything against the walls because it pushes out think it’s one for rip off Britain or crime watchers for miss sold products trading standards will be next I’ve sent photos and emails from them are extremely disgraceful they should be ashamed of the staff and quality or lack of it in both areas I could build a better one cheaper than what I have paid that will do what it claims!!!!

Recommended by friends, as they had just used Buy Sheds Direct. I was able to view the erected product, which was just what I wanted, so gave me the confidence to use the same company. Found it easy to order with a quick delivery available. Very helpful & polite delivery driver who was very cheery despite the extremely hot weather.

Dont bother wasting your money on these below par sheds...the build quality of the sheds does not reflect the price,no where near
Floor is terrible can't see that lasting more than a couple of years and every panel apart from 2 was severely bowed to the point of the decoration parts for the outside panel joins dont even cover the gaps... I got a windowless shed but this has got daylight ingress of one with a window.....my advice is pay the extra and go elsewhere these will not last the 25 year guarantee

I ordered a 10x8 shed by phone and spoke to a very nice and helpful person named CLAIR. She was great !

Ordered the shed 2 weeks ago, website said it was in stock, as did the email response, and delivery within 5-10 working days. Delivery booked for the 8th, only to be told late on the 7th that they didn't have any in stock and it won't be delivered. Extremely poor customer service to be told less than 24hrs before delivery they don't actually have it in stock. The delivery time-frame was the main reason i ordered from this website. Misleading and extremely frustrating.

A very good robust shed. I found it a bit confusing at first as the instructions show different types of shed, but once I found the right one it was easy to construct. It’s a two person job so don’t try it by yourself. I didn’t need the third roll of roofing felt as two was enough, with room for overlapping, so I’ll use that for another project. Now that it’s finished it looks great. My one and only niggle would be that I found the door hinges and padlock clasp were not very good quality ( in my opinion ), so I had to go out and by some stronger ones.

Its not the best quality wood has cracks where wood splitting and the lock for the padlock isnt the correct one the latch doesn't even fit with the part to lock the shed up and have to replace far few slates on the side as they cracked

Well not got shed up yet but the experience of order and delivery was exceptionally good delivery drivers were so helpful made everything so easy put the shed pieces in garage for us while waiting for erection would recommend this company to anyone

Terrible quality product, fade marks, rough, warped doors, screw sticking outwards on a panel. shrinkage already so can see daylight between panels. I was offered replacement panels and the initial one just arrived on door step (no delivery info) and I’ve had to pay additional bill to get builder to replace. Apparently it’s usual to have fade marks - it’s obviously been left outside and strips of fade on doors. Would recommend- was advertised as premium product with 25 years safe use instead have to push doors at sep places to shut and had to buy wood and filler to deal address gaps.

The advert did not show that it would be so many pieces,we were expecting 6 instead nearly 40 pieces had to be put togther,The quality of the wood was poor.The floor so flimsy it kept bending when walked on near the door way.Roof very thin board.All in all not the quality I was expecting.Mrs Hilling

Shed was delivered to agreed time, by friendly delivery service. I am pleased with the shed instructions were clear to follow and it looks good in the corner of my garden. Thank you
