Got the parcel. But it isn't what I have ordered. Ordered musical one. You sent me the cheapest one! I'd like to get my right order! You took £30.99 from my bank account but sent me the cheapest toy! I'm absolutely unhappy and you get negative negative from me! Hope to get my money back!

After not hearing from the seller for a few days they contacted me today telling me that I did not need their help because I have given them a negative review.
They have not processed my refund or given me a return label to return the incorrect item they sent me. I ordered a Pegasus toy and received a tractor and have been unable to resolve the issue due to the seller not communicating with me.
