Bought a 2 pack for less than $18, got a bank security notice immediately. I looked at what Nano said I bought and it was many more cloths for about $150. So … had to cancel my card. At least it got me to download the Trustpilot app. (I do notice that there are 2 Nanopolix on the trustpilot app and got to believe that the company got wise to the app so capitalized a letter in their name and so they could begin scamming anew)

I ordered these scratch removing pads to try and fix scratches in the bumpers, and rear finder on my brothers 2024 Porsche.My brother traded the car off before I got a chance too try out the scratsh pads. So now I have no use for the pads and want to return them unopened

I asked for help to cancel an order and get a refund. It took a few days but I was kept informed and received the refund much quicker than expected. Excellent help.

Today I try to buy the product for repairing scratches in the laine if your car. 2 bottles and one free ( order amount €30.- and shipment €9.-. Than they offered Some other products of which I Saïd yes to include. But the list of other goods did not stop, so i end the orderprocedure. This type of doing business is normal for shameless people and that should be stopped.
A couple of minutes later I received my order confirmation for € 200,- including shipment. So my e-mail went Out that I Will not pay anything because I did not order the goods.

There are a LOT of hoops to jump through and the web site would not accept the number sent to me. I would not do this again.

Do not do business with this company. Unexpectedly, the charges became much higher than expected. A payment of €17 through PayPal suddenly turned into €115. You can email them as much as you like, but they just keep stringing you along with excuses. On top of that, the product does not work at all for removing scratches. In my opinion, this is a scam and deceptive business practice.

Beware of this firm. I was unable to complete my order due to the non-stop extra offers continually arriving on screen. Thus, I did not finish the confirmation of the order. I was trying to order items costing about £15.00. A day or so later they emailed to confirm that THEY had completed the order and the cost (7 items) came to over £100.00. Furthermore, this was charged to my credit card. I emailed to cancel the order as soon as I knew about this - the next day. their response was "not possible, the goods have been shipped. Wait until you receive the goods and, then, we will advise on our return process". I requested that they provide this info and I am awaiting their response.
