Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ok here's my experience. The product is good, price is very competitive, and shipping service excellent. But try getting an answer to a question. On two occasions now I have tried to contact them by email. On the first occasion, I had to send a reminder after hearing nothing for a week and then received a very short, blunt answer. I tried to contact them again a week ago with a different question and am still waiting yet they say they will respond within 1 business day. As much as they offer a good product, bad customer service is a real turn-off for me and I think I will start looking around for a different supplier.

The carrier oil tastes exceptionally fresh. Very pleasant to take.

They're very quick getting back to me with confirmation of my order. Product ships within a few days usually. Order is packaged very well to reduce chance of damage.

Purchased a CBD Day Drops with CBG, some full spectrum and broad spectrum oils. Products arrived quickly to destination in Atlantic Canada and only took about 4 days from ship date. Bottles were very well packed and labeled accordingly. Products have good flavor, none of that harsh burnt aftertaste, very clean on the palete. Effects are very noticeable and potency appears spot on with labels. Day Drops with CBG seem to increase focus and energy, very happy customer!

Happy with the service. The product does help with my sleep. May also have stopped headaches which I thought were sinus headaches. I was hoping to get relief from chronic pain. Because of the THC I have only been taking the product at night. So during the day, I still have chronic pain. I am ordering the chocolate without THC to take in the daytime for chronic pain.
